Ein kleines ansprechendes Sortiment. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch hier hat mich positiv beeindruckt, dass für die wartenden (z. B. Ehemänner) eine bequeme Couch bereitsteht...

Kinderschuhe nach nicht mal einer Woche tragen Sohle bei beiden Schuhen gelöst und oben Stoff abgelöst. Wäre ja kein Problem, wenn man die Reklamation anerkannt hätte. Stattdessen die Aussage "das hat ihr Kind absichtlich gemacht" (4 Jahre) und das ist kein Warenmangel! Was soll diese Aussage? So etwas ist eindeutig ein Mangel der Ware und ein Umtausch sollte allein schon aus Kulanz und Kundenaquise kein Thema sein. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
