Gravis Heidelberg

Went into Gravis on 15 Nov. with what seemed to be an impossible problem with my iPad that I had worked on for three days. A very nice young man, Youssef Saker, came over to assist. He fixed the problem, and it was all done with a smile. Super helpful!

I totally recommend Gravis; they are an Apple retailer, and the only Apple authorized service provider in the city. They repaired my iPad within 10 days.
They provide top notch customer service; compared to other German retailers, they're actually really friendly, and competent, too.

I walked in with a service appointment I got online on short notice.

My MacBook Pro (2019, out of warranty) was no longer charging (and powering on) just after I had migrated everything to a new computer. The technical service was spot on, and after 10 min disappearing in their workshop, they returned with a now again working machine.

They figured the firmware was damaged during the migration process using a Thunderbolt cable, so they had to reinstall it. We had a brief, amiable technic babble chat for some minutes before I had to leave. They refused to charge me for the service.

Bottom line: I encountered friendly and competent staff who presented a spot-on solution to my problem. That they did not even charge me was a plus I did not expect because my computer was out of warranty. Based on this (first) store experience, I highly recommend it.

This afternoon I was helped by Alemdar when buying a new phone at the Gravis Heidelberg shop. Alemdar was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient during the whole proces and transferred afterwards all the data from my old phone to the new one. It works perfectly fine. Thanks

Saker was tremendously helpful today. He truly has magic hands that fixed my phone easily. He was patient with my german which is not very good and explained things to me easily in english. Highly recommend! Vielen dank für alles, Saker! :)

I had my Macbook keyboard repaired here a few days ago. The review and consultation was very good. They were very upfront about what is going to be done and if there were any costs involved (there weren't since my case was still covered under the warranty from Apple).
They said the repair could take up to 2 weeks due to the high traffic at the moment, but I actually got the confirmation that everything was done only 2 days after.

I'm overall very happy with my experience here and I'm likely to come back in case any of my devices need another round of fixing. This is clearly the best alternative to an actual Apple Store in the area.

I recommend Gravis in Heidelberg.this Shop has very Quickly and friendly Customer service. The people who work here can speak also English. So It is very Helpful for Ausländer People to take good service. I went today to this shop . Because my iPhone had a problem . They solved this problem with in one hour. One of office in this shop ( Mr. Haylk) did everything Quickly. He is very kindly. So I highly recommend this shop.

Great experience in this store! I had a problem with my Mac and they were able to solve it really quick! Great technical assistance for whoever has Apple devices.

I needed a new Mac for my studies. They were really friendly and patient answering all my questions I had. I felt perfectly comfortable with the decision I made and I will visit the store again if I need something else since they have student discounts on almost every product. Keep up the good work :)

The young man who helped me this week in my local Gravis store was extremely knowledgeable, took time with my questions, sold me the right thing and was very friendly! I will definitely go back to the store for my next Mac needs!

I was twice in Gravis recently - both times I was EXTREMELY happy with the helpfulness, customer-focused (i.e. focused on getting the best deal for me as a customer), knowledgable, and friendly service I received there. I had considered buying the products online, but am now very glad I bought them there, due to the extra help and advice I got from Gravis. Hat off to your staff - they are superb!
