Popped in my last day in Dortmund to see if they had this pen I'd used to sign receipts at a couple places around town and they did! I love the Stabilo pens and they have a nice selection of colors. The woman working was nice enough and even though she spoke no English and I speak no German, we were able to complete the transaction. I just wish there wasn't a minimum to pay with a card.
