H&m is definitely a place to stop at if you're looking for a nice quick outfit for the night and you just want to switch things up.

store has a large selection, and pretty reasonable pricing. I didn't require customer service, so I can't speak on that.

Great quality items for very low costs! Many changing rooms with changing tables for babies as well! Shopping bags do cost extra though so bring your own! Clothes for the whole family in one place, baby, toddler, womens and mens with plus sizes available!

I always find that it’s very clean & organized. Not only do they have a huge variety of styles and options but they have clothes for the entire family as well. The prices vary some super cheap and some a little over priced depending on the object. The only issue I have ever had with some of my clothes is they overly shrink after wash so just be very careful with how you wash & dry. But overall I love h&m.

Nice store with good collections. The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Most of them do speak English as well. Quality of H & M products are also really good.

Der H&M in Kaiserslautern ist sehr gross.....war dort sehr angenehm zu stöbern und hab mehr gefunden in der grösse xs als bei uns in Karlsruhe...
