Very friendly and helpful staff.
We went to buy a laptop that was not on display and the woman who helped us opened a box and let us explore the laptop and the box contents.
When we had a question she didn't know the answer to, she called a colleague who quickly came and found the answer.
Really great service!
Much better than the Mediamarkt in Landshut where you are not allowed to touch anything that is not on display unless you pay for it first.
The only negative is the parking, which is a bit weird and also paid (we paid 1,20€ for 30 min).

I usually buy my electronic devices from here. And I prefer to pick my orders at the store (even when the delivery to my home is free) because their employees are very tactful, knowledgeable and act with respect.
I'm very grateful that we have this store in our city.

All together nice, but restaurant haiky must be avoided.
