I typically don’t write reviews but today was exceptional. Started out with one of the worst Apple genius’ ever. Man took my iphone 11 that was a year and a half old and told me there was nothing he could do and basically pushed me out the door without asking me if I wanted a new phone or not and wouldn’t even help me out finding something that works for me. If I hadn’t come back and met Mel I would have switched to google pixel. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and she got me set up with a new iPhone 13. MEL DESERVES A RAISE. This is why I stick with Apple is for the exceptional customer service that I’m used to in my industry. Thank you Mel!

Very Professional and Friendly Staff

In my first visit, a man accompanied me; he answered all my questions quite normally but he wasn't very much friendly, he was neutral.

In my second visit (just an hour ago), a women accompanied me; she was quite helpful, friendly and cheerful. She even gave me some advice on a couple of problems I was facing; she was wonderfull.

Even though I was satisfied with both of my visits, I enjoyed my second visit a lot more.

Going to the Apple Store is always a delight. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Booking consultations is very easy, and sometimes if there aren't any free slots on the same day it's easy to book others within the next 2 to 3 days. You can also find the latest apple devices.

I was able to book 2 appointments here back-to-back (one for my iPhone and one for my MacBook). The staff spoke excellent English (awesome), were extremely knowledgeable, and were very friendly - turning my hostility and frustration into pleasant cooperation. While I didn't get the exact results I wanted, that is more a problem with Apple's corporate policy and their warranty.

However, the staff there (particularly Andre and the store manager Alex) went 'above and beyond' in their service and help. They were able to solve our issues BETTER than what was required, and I highly recommend this Apple Store to anyone in the area!

I like this mall, it has all the needed stores for a nice day of shopping, in the middle of the center or like 5 mins away by walk, it has 2 or 3 supermarkets and many restaurants

Came to solve my problem with the replaced iPhone 13 Pro Max yesterday and the only person who really helped me was a manager Frank, thank You one more time. This is how this business should work.

Fantastic stores and service

nice and friendly people, the security guy was very strict with appointment time. I had an appointment for 17:30 and arrived 10 minutes early but wasn't allowed in till my appointment time 🙃

great service expierience. first class. wednesday i brought them my phone to change the battery and today i got it back. and the nice staff remembered myself from yesterday.

Good store with good staff who can communicate in English as well but most of the times the store is very crowded.
