Habe am 21.12.2023 bestellt (und natürlich auch schon bezahlt). Laut Webseite sei die "Lieferfrist" 1-2 Tage. Bisher gab es keine Reaktion vom Laden. Telefonisch sind leider auch "keine Agenten in der Schlange verfügbar" (so zumindest die Ansage vom Band - was auch immer das heißt?!?). Ich hoffe, dass sie nur Betriebsurlaub haben...
Hoffentlich erweisen Sie sich noch als PROFI-STORE24 und nicht als BASTEL-LADEN! Sorry, dafür gibt es im Moment, mit Rücksicht auf Weihnachten, nur einen Stern.

Habe am 20.05.23 bestellt. Artikel ist laut Internetseite vorrätig. Nach 5 Tagen also heute eine Email geschrieben wo denn mein Artikel bleibt. Kam auch sofort eine Rückmeldung per Mail das der Artikel nicht lagerware sei sondern einen ganzen Monat später erst kommt. Einfach unglaublich. Für EINEN Fenstergriff warte ich nun über einen Monat...
