Never seen an online store taking such a good care of their customers from the beginning to the end (answering questions, taking care of ordering, taking care of issues with delivery immediately, etc). Søren was my point to contact and he is just AMAZING!!! I have become a retuning customer for their furniture and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Great shopping experience - I bought here a couple of HAY items including vase that wasn’t available immediately and it was sent exactly a month later, as Byflou ensured. I was a bit hesitant considering mixed opinions here and the fact that I needed International shipping, but everything was fine, items are wonderful and I recommended shop to others and all worked for them as well.

Ordered the Lato Andtradition table. The table came with production mistakes/damages. Customer service was really friendly and within a week got a new one which looked perfect. Thanks for the quick turnaround, easy replacement and beautiful table

This is without any doubt the best store providing high end furniture, clothing and general homeware in all of Jutland, possibly in all of Denmark. To top it of, the staff is excellent and very welcoming. The store combined with a large selection on the website makes it the place to go when it comes to high end buying in mentioned categories. Strongly recommend anyone driving north to get of the Motorway at Hobro and make a visit, you will not be disappointed.

So we bought 2 Switscherboxes here, mainly 'cos we wanted a lake side and an original box. We got an email stating they had some delivery issues due to black friday/Christmas etc. Nice to get a message about that because we ordered other product that didn't explain why the had delivery issues. So when we received the parcel it turned out that 1 didn't work. This was of course a bummer but well, it is always possible to get a faulty product. So we send them a message, and were told to send it back(shipping bill was picked up by Byflou) and they would send us a new one, no questions asked. So, nice products, great service, nice communication and overall a great transaction! Thank you Byflou!

Wij hebben via Byflou.com 8 eetkamerstoelen besteld en zijn uitermate tevreden, zowel over de service als over de kwaliteit van de stoelen. De stoelen werden tijdig geleverd (elk apart verpakt in een stevige/beschermdoos). Ook de kwaliteit van de stoelen is uitstekend.

Der Tisch und die Stühle hatten eine ganz ganz tolle Qualität. Sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Aber leider konnten wir ihn nicht behalten..

Ich hatte einen kleinen Beistelltisch bestellt. Trotz der angekündigten Verzögerung beim Versand kam der Tisch zeitnah an. Er ist schön wie abgebildet und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Mange spændende møbler i usædvanlig god stil. Fruen lyste op da hun opdagede at 1/3 af butikken var tøj til damer som var lidt anderledes/fint og så til menneske priser.
