Hej Humlebæk Cafe

I arrived too early for the Louisiana Museum, so based on Google Reviews, I decided to check this place out. It is just as gorgeous as everyone said it is. The Danish design is impeccable.

This is a pleasant surprise for when you arrive to Humbælbak. We went for Louisiana, but wanted a treat before. I ordered the cardamom bun. It was nice, a little bit dry; probably better paired with coffee. The coffee shop itself was a cozy place to sit / work and it even had wifi.

Very nice service and the best amazing excellent superb romkugler (rum ball) that i have ever tried in my entire life! Also very fair prices.

What a delight to find a cafe where the owners are clearly passionate about everything they offer. Every detail has been carefully considered - from the vases with fresh flowers on tables to the delicious pastries, cakes, sandwiches and excellent coffee served in craft pottery. It’s a lovely airy space inside the Humlebaek railway station building.
We walked straight past it at first, thinking it might be pretty ordinary.
It’s not!
We’ll be going back.

We needed coffee before our train ride and thought it would be just a simple place for a quick snack. It turned out to be a lovely cosy spot with great staff and great food!

Very nice coffee shop with breakfast, with a small selection of cups and snacks to buy as well. Also the seating is great!

Dejligt sted i den gamle stationsbygning. Super surdejs toast og lækker dagens sandwich som dækker den lille sult. Kvalitet og service helt I top, prisen i bund.

Skøn café med charmerende lokaler, der restaureret med henblik på at være tro mod bygningen. De dejligste boller med fantastisk ost og god kaffe til. Servicen er i top. Smilende personale. Absolut et besøg værd.

Fluweelzachte cappuccino in het prachtige station van Humblebæk. De barista verstaat zijn vak! De bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De latte macchiato voor mijn vrouw staat niet op de kaart maar wordt gewoon even gemaakt. Op zondagochtend is het al gezellig druk met dorpsbewoners en treinreizigers. Aanrader.

Ein toller Ort zum Verweilen. Unbedingt besuchen. Ich komme gerne wieder

Virkeligt hyggeligt sted med god kaffe og mad.

Som altid er stemning god og omgivelserne flotte når man går ind på Hej Humlebæk, når du kikker op i loftet får du et godt billede af hvordan den smukke stations bygning så ud i gamle dage det her Hej Humlebæk fået frem igen som er med til at fremme den gode stemning. Kaffen er super men endnu bedre er øllet både fra fad og flaske, priserne er bestemt rimelig. Udvalget af kage og mad bliver mere og mere som tiden går! Fredag bliver stedet forvandlet til fredags bar om eftermiddagen hvor der serveres drinks og andre lækkerier så som tappas... Abselut et besøg værd ♥
