Have just stayed at a hotel that uses SMP rengøringssservice. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The showers are mouldy and the tiles not scrubbed clean. Toilet was brown down the pan. Dust in the carpet where it meets the wall. Plug sockets and light switches not clean. All these are easily remedied. This all gives a bad impression of this cleaning company. Maybe they are good elsewhere....
