Very bad shopping exprience, I purchased a Yonex Arcsaber 11 pro 3UG4 from their online store, and they send me a 4UG5, I did´t realized that because of the grip I putted on once I recived the racket. They offered either a 10 % refund or return it in exchange of the correct one, in which moment the wrong one is already been strung and used, that have cost me much more than the 10% refund, to return it means I lose the money of the string and the service fee, and I have to string the new one all over again. They couldn't offer me any solution to this. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service.
