Disrespectful "service".

I entered the shop in the Check-In Hall 11/5/2023 as the only Customer at that moment and a woman sales person with a medusa piercing ignored me first. When she saw me at the purchase counter she came slowly and said nothing but the price. Not even a "hello", when I said mine, so she obviously couldn't care less.

I asked "is it surely safe to take this magnet through security check (as the item had few pointy bits)" and she looked at me bored and said "yes". Then to clarify I asked "and also it's safe to travel with it in the other countries?" (as I had a layover to be expected). She rolled her eyes and stated "well, there are 180+ countries in the world so.." and in this point I had just had enough of her attitude and said "wow, that's a nice attitude, goodbye!". She even had the nerve to answer "well THAT'S a nice attitude!" and roll her eyes again. Friendly reminder if you are reading this: YOU work there, your customers don't.

I mean, ofcourse I'm not expecting her to know the regulations of all countries, but there are respectful ways to say that to your customer. It's also not a bad idea to consider to be friendly, attentive or at least care about your job, since she is Customer facing and representing not only her workplace but also Denmark to hundreds of tourists every day. You can do better and if unsure how, please do take on some customer experience training.
