Swai restaurant and bar

The Swai was great and so was the rice! We met the Owner, Frances—and he was very nice. I would eat here again! Park on the curb out front, or near by as the streets are tight.

We really enjoyed this restaurant! The corn soup, curry and pork belly were all really flavorful and good!

Very reasonable prices for the quality of food.

Great environment! The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean and the fishtanks were a fun addition.

My girlfriend and i were here two times during our stay in Cabarete. Very delicious. The fish was superb. Attentive waiters. Prices are fine due to the great quality.

Wow! We stumbled upon this place because our first choice had no room for us.
The food was so flavorful, the Swai fish was so delicious never had a freshwater fish like this before. So amazing and the service was excellent.

Excellent spot! Delicious fresh food and great service. The ceviche is amazing as a starter! I had swai with curry sauce, it was exceptionally good! For dessert we had homemade ice-cream, so good. Highly recommend it to check it out.

The Swai fish with Thai curry sauce and coconut rice is the best fish I have ever had! The banana cream brûlée is simple but fabulous! And the Swai ceviche is WOW!

Definitely best restaurant in Cabarete! You have to go there! The fish plate to share is absolutly delicious. Bonnie is the best waitress you could ask for - always kind, funny and helpful when you're not sure which delicacies to take. Thanks for making this evening so special!

Both food and drinks were amazing! Great presentation and also great taste! The music and plants give the place a very nice atmosphere!

What a lovely place! Here everything fits. With a healthy concept this restaurant leaves no wishes open: Nice ambiente, delicious and healthy food, and a friendly host who takes you on a journey through his menue card. The cevice and the panna cotta was out of this world. Definitely worth a visit.

But they still bring some special Cabarete drink for us and it's just amazing.
And the food (Chicken Tika Masala) is incredibly good.
The service is excellent and super attentive.

The best choice in Cabarete.
The food was just amaizing and the cocktails very delicious. Try Coconut Chinola MOHITO and the fresh Sway fillet from their own fish farm. The bonus is the live music every Wednesday. And also, the service is much better than anywhere else.
You should try that restaurant.

Food quality was amazing: fresh fish, tasty sides and the banana flambé was also delish! Would recommend to anyone that likes fish and seafood dishes (although on the menu could see they also serve vegetarian options and chicken for meat lovers).

What an incredible restaurant!! I can only recommend. Beautiful plating, helpful and kind service, and a really cool atmosphere. We are the ceviche and the swai fishball ramen and we can totally recommend both of them!!! Exquisite 🥰

Croquetas with delightful sauces, Berenjena y fried couscous. All phenomenal. Worth the walk away from the main drag.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and it was an absolute pleasure. We shared the calamari (WOW) and two dishes - swai in garlic and vegetables and tikka masala. The flavours are full and dishes leave you feeling full and satisfied. Atmosphere is lovely and staff is even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the Cabarete area and looking for seafood that isn’t offered elsewhere. Get the Bachata in Cabarete is you like refreshing drinks with a little tartness. Love this spot!

Delicious meal, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We had the spicy tikka masala, croquettes, vegan pad Thai, pork belly, and chocolate cheesecake. Fantastic night out!
