I had the jager schnitzel and heffewiesen beer, both were incredible and the portion sizes were great!

I am vegetarian and there’s almost only meat on the menu but I was craving some spätzle and it was no problem at all to get spätzle with mushroom sauce. :) The portion was huge, it was impossible to finish and for the price I paid it‘s really amazing. Staff was friendly, too. One suggestion: add Käsespätzle to the menu :)

A-MA-ZING food! We came without reservation (our mistake) but luckily there was one table available. We had a beer while we waited, service was excellent and the food is so abundant, you need to be very hungry because plates are HUGE and everything is delicious. We will definitely be going back!

The photos show: schnitzel with cheese and the 110 dish in the BBQ menu which is roti, steak, sausage, pork and the best herb butter we've ever had.

This place was awesome! Loved the food, the staff and owner were very friendly. If you are staying here add this restaurant to your must try list. The onion schnitzel was amazing and was greatly complimented by a nice dark German beer. Guaranteed will go again.

the best schnitzel - probably the best in the Caribbean! Have been told the pork knuckle is really good but it’s not always available.

Ordered a Bratwurst and a Cordon Bleu and it was pretty darn good! I’ve tried places like Bliss, Crazy Ranch and Gorditios to restaurants on the beach. For a regular restaurant this place was pretty good. The ambiance is very low key, they have picnic tabled seating with regular run of the mill German food. You can dress very casually to this place.

The place is off the side of the road and not that hard to find if you know where it is but easily missable if you don’t know where it is. Run by a German guy it’s a great change of scenery if you want something other than Dominican or seafood.

Definitely a great Swiss German place; Main dishes are prepared when you order - the schnitzels were fresh, hot and so tasty! Portions are generous and the Weißbier and Weißwein were enjoyable... Would return in a heartbeat!

Truly authentic German family cooking with the owner in house most days. Schnitzel is pan fried, spaetzle is done to perfection. Look no place else for an amazing meal.

This restaurant is so good. Delicious Schnitzel with Onions and Pan Fried Potatoes. Tomato Salad was fresh and tasted great. Beautiful German Food

A great little German restaurant in the Dom Rep ( in cabarete ). This is my third year going to the same restaurant and always had a enjoyable experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most speak English, a few speak French and some German as well. The menu are in many language. The only slight complaint ( which it NOT their fault at all ) there’s not enough lights in the road there on, to go back to the main roads where the hotels/rental condos are. It pitch black. You needed a flashlight. With that being said. I will definitely come back here again next year for the great friendly service and food.

Ate at several restaurants over our time in Cabarete and this was one of my top 2 in terms of value and taste! Definitely get one of the schnitzels (recommend the Hunter's Schnitzel).

Great German restaurant. A little off the main strip but completely worth going to. The food was amazing!! Large portions. The staff was friendly and overall it was a great experience.

Nice simple German restaurant with a friendly vibe. Haven’t had German food in 10 years so I can’t compare, but was still a great break from the regular chicken and Yuca plus some great German beer. Also had a Ukrainian flag up instead of the Russian flag I saw in other review. Слава України!!

Absolutely outstanding. A schnitzel which is as good as anywhere in germany. Compliment this with spaetzle and a fantastic mushroom gravy (jaegerschnitzel). And a weissbier. Owner prepares every schnitzel personnally and it shows.

Excellent food at great prices. The portions are huge, so you will have plenty of leftovers for the next day. My husband lived in Germany for a couple years and he said the food here is just as good, if not better. We always make a point of coming here for dinner when we are in town.

Ordered Hunter Schnitzel last week and were not disappointed. Perfectly made. The only meh was mushrooms were pickled or marinated. Not sure if they can get or grow fresh champignons here (probably not) but the marinated just don't taste the same. given the situation, though, 5 stars

As promised, we are back again in 2023 and we are just as satisfied as we were last year! Meals are prepared fresh with each order - pleasant service, very comfortable atmosphere….authentic!

The food here is delicious. I've had the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce, twice, and both times have been fantastic. The chicken is so tender and juicy that I coul cut it with my fork. Accompanied with sauteed potatoes and some cabbage salad.
The portion is really big, and the price is very affordable.
