Was clean and well lite and well stocked. Plenty of staff to help you and most speak some form of English. Vwry fair prices and nice items. Will go back when I decide to buy.

This IKEA very similar to IKEA in Capital and in US just smaller version which I personally like not have to make a 2 mile hike through a store lol. But very nice staff generally attentive.

It was a pleasant shopping experience, and the service was top-notch. I got value for my expenditures.

The store is expanding. The selection is small right now. Great service and my order was ready and waiting for me to pick up within 2 days. The order was complete and on time. I will definitely recommend it too family and friends.

The place is very organize and clean you can buy your furniture and see all the catalogs and take them home

Lots of great options

Ikea is obviously a lot more expensive in the DR than Europe but the products are good. The Santiago Ikea is really small, but the staff are friendly and professional. I had to return an item because it was missing a piece and they processed the refund with no problems.

A good amount of variety on stuff for every part of your house, good service and they won't bother you if you don't ask for help, that's good for me cause I hate when I go to a store and have someone following me

Amazing place to get furniture for your house, easy to build. The only disadvantage is that you have to wait in order to get the pieces, this is only exhibition place

You can find anything you are looking for your house, they have very beautiful furniture, since low prices to high prices.

Service is a little bit slow, but products work really well and are really easy to assemble.
