CAFE/CASITA MADAME

Awesome place: the rooms are clean and quiet, in the middle of a luxurious garden.
The restaurant is in front of the beach and the food so tasty.
Don't missed the natural juice.

For me the location is great but some might find it a bit far from centre. It's quieter than centre though and I'm sure taking a moto taxi is cheap and fast. The food is great. Not just good, but great. Grilled fish was perfect.

It might be considered higher priced but it's certainly not really expensive as it would be in a city restaurant for this quality. Service is attentive. I guess if there is a downside it doesn't have the most comfortable seating, but alternative places are cabanas with equally uncomfortable seating so that's just the coast.

We did not stay, had a meal. It was so good! Fresh stir fried vegetables and a bunch of salad. Very flavorful. Was a nice change from typical Ecuadorian food. Neat place with fun art.

Hands down BEST restaurant I’ve been to in my 3 weeks of traveling Ecuador. The food, atmosphere, and staff are on point! I’d give 20 stars if I could.

Relaxed, arty cafe with good music and a very chilled atmosphere. Very friendly staff and owners. Good breakfasts and snacks, plus a small number of tasty mains. Very good coffee and decent internet. A great place to hang out for a while watching the ocean.

Wonderful place directly at the beach. The rooms are very clean and face the beautiful garden. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating! Would definitely recommend.

We have a whole town to explore but find ourselves coming back to Cafe Madame every day for the atmosphere and comfy seating. It’s just that good.

We’ve tried virtually all of the top-rated restaurants in Pto. López in our two weeks here and without a doubt Café Madame has the best chef in town! The food is plentiful and DELICIOUS! And the price is excellent. You’ll pay less here for the best meal in PL and be impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Hands down the best place to eat in Pto. López. I highly recommend it! Enjoy.

Brownie with ice cream is simple and great. We ate dessert here a couple times. Had lunch also and the food was excellent: both savory and sweet crepes, and excellent pan fried tuna.

I've found a new place to relax after a walk along the beach. Delectable organic smoothies and a tropical themed cafe with amazing local art on the walls.
Reasonably priced and served by friendly staff. A "must stop" location.

Very nice, interesting design, beautiful view from outside tables, you got swings or colourful decorated sofas as well..Of course its close to the beach, there are dogs and cats around you, but for me its never a problem:)

Charming and very friendly little Bed and Breakfast right on the beach. Very lovely design. Very quiet. Rooms are very clean with all the modern comfort that you could hope for. Relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Flowers everywhere (delicious jasmin smell). I wish we could have stay longer. Breakfast should be included in the price. Thanks to all the team.

This is a wonderful place owned and run by a very nice person, Valentine. A coffee, delicious juice and crepe for $5.00, with an ocean view. You can't go wrong.

Great atmosphere and super delicious food. They have a vegan sandwich, and for those without restrictions there are some amazing looking crepes too.

The best food around Puerto Lopez and the service is excellent, Gabriel David and Andrés are the best.

cozy, chic open-air cafe with incredibly fresh smoothies and juices, sandwiches, crepes, and salads using organic, local ingredients. the “maravillosa” smoothie lives up to its name...(marvelous)

Nice people, quiet location across the street from the beach. Good juices and drinks.

Beach View, perfect WIFI, nice stuff and power outlets outside! Perfect to work with your notebook or just hang out!
