Feeling the blessings the universe has to offer on this place. Soluna is a place to nourish your soul, your mind and your body. Fantastic and caring staff. Genuine retreat. Highly recommended for group meetings or solo. The food super delicious. Looking forward to return to this place of peace and happiness. Plenty of places nearby to discover and reset.

Super tranquil, surrounded by so much natural beauty, and a very special space. The tea house is a unique raised structure totally enclosed by sheer curtains..perfect atmosphere for mediation and relaxing. I attended this space for a plant medicine workshop, tea ceremony, and lunch.!The food is DELICIOUS, very flavorful and super healthy! The owner is knowledgeable about plant medicine and so much of the plants are grown on the property! Who knew you could heal SO MANY THINGS with plants? This place should be a MUST STOP if you are visiting/living in Olon or Montanita.

We spent the day at Soluna on a recent trip to the Ecuadorian Coast. Kim and Luiz were amazing hosts. Their knowledge of the local area, customs, history and the use of plant based medicines was fantastic. I'd highly recommend the medicinal teas, tree identification tours and of course the fantastic lunch. Massages were an additional plus. Such a beautfiul and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Parada para comer sano, tomar té y leer un poco. Hermosa biblioteca sobre alimentación, plantas medicinales, etc.
