Servicio muy bueno y rápido. Vivo en Guayaquil y los pedidos me llegan muy rápido y en buenas condiciones. Recomiendo totalmente el balanceado para perros Taste of The Wild. Es la única tienda en Ecuador que yo sepa que vende esta maravillosa marca. Ingredientes saludables que dan resultados en el perrro, mejora su salud y el aspecto, mi perra tiene un pelo precioso, suave y brillante desde que cambié a este balanceado. Estoy deseando que llegue esta marca para gatos. Totalmente recomendable esta tienda!

El único que lugar que encuentro taste of the wild en Quito.

Variedad de productos aunque en algunos con un precio más alto que en otros sitios

These guys are completely incompetent. I've been a loyal customer for the last 2 years - buying specialty dog food from them (not cheap! $110 per bag!) and they've been lying to me these last 3 weeks! - Telling me that this specialty dog food will be back in stock tomorrow, next week, next week, etc! Despite leaving them my phone number to please inform me of when they will have more, I have received ZERO communication from them. Now I am without dog food for my pup. We will have to make a last minute switch (which will make her sick!). Do not give these people your business!

No tienen actualizado el sitio web y no contestan los teléfonos. Esto crea un gran inconveniente para el consumidor. Me acerque a los dos locales y ya no existen.
