We had a problem with our VW T3 engine - diesel was leaking. We got the tip to try at Auto World from a local woman on the street. We called them and they were really friendly and said we can come right now. They found the leak, fixed it and this in very short time with a fair price!

Trustworthy car parts shop in Tartu. Service has been good for both times I took my car there. They fix the issues and also do general check up; and they inform you if any parts is wearing off.

I had one issue with steering wheel make squeaky sound when turning. Went to Forss (another car place in Tartu) for check up. Paid 35 euros for the checkup (technician time of 1 hour) and got a quote of 1,400+ euro to replace the part. And nothing was fixed. I hence put this on hold.

Few months later, I took my car to Automaailma to fill cooling fluid for AC(should be about 74 euro service) and asked would you please take a look at the steering wheel issue as well? Scheduled a time and dropped the car there. They called and said it's all done and the squeaky noise is also resolved. It turned out to be a very small issue. And for this they charged 10 euro.

I've always heard that you need to take your car to someone you know in Estonia so they do not f*** you over. But with Automaailma, I'm glad I tried and trusted my car with them.

Kirjutan täna ühest äärmiselt meeldivast kogemusest nende esindusest Tartus. Vajasin enese auto kojameestele asendust, kuna hommikul oli üks neist purunenud. Astudes teenindusse oli koheselt valmis teenindaja nimega Ermo mind abistama. Pidin talle mainima vaid, et vajan uut kojameest ja juba paarikümne sekundiga oli tal õige mudel välja otsitud. Teeninduse kiirus oli võrratu. Lisaks oli ta valmis ka tulema appi kojameest vahetama, mis oli minu jaoks tohutu ajasääst, sest ma pole kunagi kojameest vahetanud ja ma arvan, et mu läheks selleks vähemalt 10min kui mitte kauem. Ermo tegi selle ära minutiga. Isegi kui ost, mis ma tegin oli äärmiselt minimaalne, (maksin kojamehe eest 4€) siis teenindus mis ma teilt sain oli maailmaklassiline. Tänu sellele kogemusele saan ka edaspidiselt kindlasti automaailmale lootma jääda kui autotarvikuid vajan. Saite endale tõenäoliselt eluaegse kliendi. Olen ka varasemalt teie poolt saanud äärmiselt head teenindust. Suured teie koolitajatele ja Ermole. Teie ettevõtte teenindus võiks kindlasti olla suureks eeskujuks ka teistele ettevõtetele Eestis.
