This is my second time coming to Loodus Bio Spa, this already tells a lot! I have found fasting extremely good to regenerate my body and mind! It is not only you loose extra kilos, but you clean your body and mind from all the toxic stuff. My body felt clean, energetic and pure! I really can’t recommend enough this place. Staff is friendly and helpful! Place is nice and you get all needed services for better results!

It is surprising that there is only one place like that in Estonia, possibly the Baltics. The health benefits of fasting have been widely documented and Loodus BioSpa almost makes this challenging procedure feel like a short vacation. Extra points for the attentive and helpful staff!

I recently visited Lodus Biospa in Tartu and had a truly delightful experience. The spa is beautifully situated amidst nature, providing a serene and picturesque environment that enhances relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, so I highly recommend bringing some mosquito spray. Overall, Lodus Biospa is a wonderful retreat for anyone seeking tranquility and excellent service.

3rd time at Loodus biospa, the venue and treatments, professionalism and approach of staff has only got better. Thoroughly relaxing and re-invigorating, whether you are fasting or just detoxing.

It's my third time in Loodus BioSpa. Being a returning customer speaks louder than words. This place is excellent for relaxation, weight loss, body & mind detox and merging with nature!

I went there for the health benefits of assisted fasting. What I got out was that and more. In the 7 days I was there my body relaxed but most importantly my mind relaxed. Not even a 2 week vacation at the beach leaves me this relaxed. I was in total zen. It has to be a combination of all the cleansing the body is doing, the super fresh air, and the amazing service at the spa. Fasting can be draining on some days and I am grateful to all the staff for all their care and attention during those moments. I didn't even have to say "I feel weak", they just saw me and took me aside for a check up. I have nothing but praise and amazing things to say. There are only about 15 people at a time so you really get personalized assistance, they speak English in addition to Russian and Estonian, it is in a spectacular setting in the rural area near a birch tree forest. Coming from NYC that clean air was amazing for my lungs 😄. And.... if you need something and they don't have it on premise the staff is so personal that they will buy it from the store and bring it for you. As for the benefits of the treatment- I learned my food sensitivities and I am able to "watch" my diet, I continued to loose weight for the following 3 months.
Getting there is easier than it sounds - fly to Tallin and stay overnight (I stayed at a hotel with a spa and it was perfect after the long flight from USA). The next day I took the bus to Tartu. Same route back. The prices on hotels, restaurants, bus and taxi are very affordable.

Fantastic experience! The staff is very professional, kind and helpful. The renovated rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer the cozy feeling of home. If you're considering to go for either detoxing, fasting or dieting, do it here. You won't be disappointed and come out as reborn, both physically as well as mentally. It has been a while I was looking for a place to go to ‘’detox my body and mind’’. I have spent some time searching on Internet, but was always postponing, until December 2017 when I got a kidney infection. I had a long and heavy treatment to ‘’kill’’ the infection, after what my body was tired, and I was looking horrible (I had grey skin, swollen bailey). I started seriously thinking of a place to go to recover! By googling, I have found Loodus (Nature means Estonian), after reading the service they provide, I have been immediately convinced by the name of Dr. Natalia Trofimova, who is a doctor and has 30 years of experience in dieting. I told my husband about my findings and in a few days, we booked the plane to
Estonia and the stay at Loodus.

Our first stay in this wonderful place was in May 2018.
When we arrived in Tartu and told the taximan to take us to Loodus, he said: "It's a very nice place, but they do not give food there". We were laughing and said this was the main reason we came here.

We arrived at this nice place, were given our room (very clean) and some food (not too much). First impression I had was like we came home. The house has a normal size (not huge), carpet on the floor, the shoes from outside had to be left in a special main entry room and we had to have inside shoes. The colors of the walls, the stairs, the terrace, all creates a peaceful atmosphere. The garden is just amazing. When walking around I was filling such a positive energy, everything is done with so much attention, I would say with a lot of love. The flowers, the trees, the lakes, the bridge over the lake make you to leave away the stress.

I could fast 3 days after what I was put on diet. Our day used to start with enema, morning exercises, Nordic walk, after what we had the doctor's checkup (blood pressure, weight measurement, advices and some minerals to drink). We had daily massage, lymph drain, face massage, warm paraffin for hands and feet, etc. We had evening activities mainly yoga; Shindo, water gym. We have chosen different treatments and were very happy with everything we had.
The team (Dream team) at Loodus is very friendly and ready to help at any moment. I can say these people really like their job! Everyone is responsible for what she/he does!

The house is very clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, I have the impression (Ivan the man who maintains it) never leaves this place - he is always doing something there!

When sitting one day on the sofa next to the doctor's office, I have found an album with a lot of pictures, from years ago. While looking at it a lady came next to me and has shown me one picture with Dr. Natalia Trofimova and herself, this was more the 20 years ago. I did conclude for myself that Loodus is a whole work life of Dr Natalia coming from so far. All started in Soviet Union and now in Estonia – such a small and beautiful country!

It was hard for me to leave Loodus in May. We came back home "reborn" physically and mentally. I lost 4 kilos and my husband 6 kilos. Our main purpose was to "reset" our body and our mind and this happened. My friends were telling me I was looking “fresh”!

We returned in Sep 2018. We had great stay again and were very happy meeting the full team and Dr Natalia. Everything was just perfect. We plan to go back next year in May 2019.

I met at Loodus a lot of people from Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Finland – everyone has her/his own story – but we all were there to get rid of stress; to relax, to lose some kilos and to get energy to be able to continue our lives in this current speedy world!

We all know the importance of taking care of our health.
Me, being an active creative person, time to time need to slow down and spend time alone with myself and my health. I need only a week in the naturopathic center of special treatments developed by Dr. Natalia Trofimova to feel much better.

I am grateful to Dr. Trofimova for an individual approach to each visitor, a lot of my friends follow my recommendations for years to visit the clinic and feel so good after the variety of procedures and the composing with a special detox program. After a week of rest and relaxation at the naturopathic center, I always feel better and have the energy to carry out all the projects I have planned.

Отличное место для релакса, очищения и омоложения организма. Очень профессиональный и приветливый персонал. Тут я получила лучший массаж из тех, что делали ранее. У массажиста Вигена просто волшебные руки и энергетика, после массажа вышла как обновлённая. Очень компетентные врачи. Не буду перечислять всех поимённо потому, что благодарна каждому сотруднику за их работу, и администраторам, врачам, тренерам, работникам кухни и другому персоналу. Это неделя абсолютного восстановления и перезагрузки. Благодарю за ваш труд!
