Dr Mahmoud is very thorough; his patience & expertise were evidence throughout the surgeries.

This is by far the best dental clinic in Cairo. I have been to dentists in the US and EU, Shalash Dental Clinic is up to the same standards, even better from my personal experience.

The dentist will explain everything as they doing it, very efficient, top notch hygiene & equipment, no pain.

This is my 3rd visit, used them back in '13 or so, same quality service, I was on my way home in less than 15 mins.

I am happy that I chose Dr. Mahmoud's clinic. He is excellent in treatment, respectful, and cares about the patient's outcome before the money. I travel for him from Europe, he is. Comfortable and nice and everyone with him in the clinic gives you positive energy because they are very, very kind.

This is by far the best experience I ever had at a dentist, I'm really not marketing for them but a month ago I had four sessions and it was fantastic experience, here's why:

- They're so experienced and good at dentist, It's been a month I can eat all kind of food just normally after I was struggling and had some teeth in horrible state (just was a little pain for the first week but I think it's normal thing).
- Dr. Nora and the staff were so professional and extra nice, you don't feel you're at a dentist at all when it comes to the boring painful time, she tells you all the time what she is doing, she gives breaks, they play music and have screen in-front of patient with natural views.
- Normally you get VIP like service, never had to wait for my turn, they use only good material for filling and so.
- They followed up with me after some sessions by phone/WhatsApp, they had active WhatsApp contact for 24/7 help, after last session I had issue with one teeth and they offered to come immediately to the clinic and they fixed it with no wait and free of charge.
- The clinic decoration is so nice and it's so clean.
- Prices are fair compared to those fancy dental centers around, it could be a bit expensive compared to the low clinics around Cairo (those that you wouldn't really want to visit).

I highly recommend Shalash Dental Center, especially for those who experience a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. The staff has been very understanding, patient and gentle, and made the entire process as easy and pain-free as possible. Additionally, the clinic and tools are clean and modern. Thanks to everyone, especially Dr. Mahmoud.

Dr Shalash is a brilliant dentist, I would never consider going anywhere else and would not think twice to strongly recommend him to family, friends and colleagues. The clinic is clean and he has all the most up-to-date equipment. He is very calming and reassuring and guides you clearly through each step of the procedure. I have gone a few times now to see Dr. Shalash. He was recommended to me by friends. His place is convenient to get to on Road 9. His office staff are friendly and professional. For foreigners, his command of English makes you feel at ease. The office is very clean. I've had 2 cleanings and I had a night guard made there (great fit). He is busy so best to call ahead. I do recommend this dentist :-)

Dr Mahmoud Shalash is the best dentist I have ever met. He is very professional, understanding and honest, always on time and always ready to help and answer your questions (even on his holidays ) . The staff is really nice and professional ( I love them all ). The clinic is always clean and the atmosphere there is so lovely that I can never wait to the next appointment ( funny, because I've never liked to go to the dentist) .Thank you Dr Mahmoud for everything you have done , for your patience and amazing work.

Very professional, fluent english speaking dentist and personel, very clean, no waiting, no crowded waiting rooms. Had a root canal filling and a crown, and it was really well done. I can only recommend. I would never go to any other dentist while in Cairo.

Such a friendly practice and an excellent service, Always super quick to respond around booking appointments. I have been going for scale and polish which is always extremely thorough. Dr. Nour is lovely. The surgery is conveniently located on Road 9, Maadi. .

I needed two wisdom tooth extractions one impacted and the other partially impacted. After meeting with several dentists, I came across Dr shalash and his assistant Nour, and Alhamdulilah i felt they were the right choice. The dental centre was clean, welcoming and professional and I felt at ease. Dr Shalash speaks very good English and was very accommodating to me and my situation. What a wonderful experience . I visited Dr. Mahmoud in jan 2014 to adjust my dentures. I was putting off the idea of implant for two good reasons one the cost and the pain.Finally after a good discussion I found out that both my reasons where resolved as the cost was a reasonable one and there is little or no pain during the operation and a little more after... during the healing.
I was impressed by the high level of expertise and technology.Due to my schedule
he had to do 8 implants the same day 4 upper and four lower .Pain very little actually it was from the first needle for just a few seconds the drilling and the screwing went well.
I returned 3 month later in May2014 to complete the implants it took 2 session .
now I am pleased to have no pain on my gums while i eat
Would i do it again YES.

Dr. Mahmoud is a gem.. he is professional and pleasant and very trustworthy.. the crowns are also of very God quality.. I had an implant and it went very smooth.. also liked that they always follow up after surgeries and they are available for any questions.. had a polish with Dr. Dina who was very professional and nice.. they could do better with managing appointments as sometimes I had to wait.. the clinic is clean with food hygiene levels and its relaxing.. thank you for everything ..
