Very nice and clean hotel. The view is so wonderdul from my room (3002) i really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank Ahmed&Eslam in the reception they were very nice . i will come back to see them again ❤

The whole place was like a resort that stays as memories forever with family. Checking the beach and getting shells was one thing but eating a cheesy penned Alfredo was a bucket list item 11/10

Spacious room old style but everything there views beautiful to the water with swimming pools! Suitable for getaway and honeymooner! 太美了

A very nice hotel, with excellent amenities. Need some improvement for the staff training and hospitality. Yet overall an excellent experience

Very good hotel, in my opinion, it is the best hotel in Ismailia, staff are very friendly, rooms are good and clean, service is great, the pool is very good
The only bad thing is that going to the sea is not allowed or in other words, you can do it with your own responsibility which is not good, but the pool can be enough
Also it is located in very good place in the Middle of the town
I recommend it to anyone visit Ismailia

Everything was great the location the food and the staff were so professional specially Mr Ahmed Helmy. I lost my car keys and they kept searching till they found them.

This place is perfect for families, couples and kids. Service is pretty good and staff is well trained and very friendly with guests.
Very clean, well prepared and organized.
Prices are affordable, you can stay, have a day use or even enjoy a full day enjoying a wonderful view on the lake and Suez canal.
Food is good and tasty.
Big parking area.

Staff are good and very helpful. Hotel is nice and clean. Nice location but you cant swim in the lake. It is permitted but the lake water doesnt smell good and not encouraging yet the view is very nice.They have a really nice large pool. Rooms are big, some rooms have balcony and some not. Breakfast is very good. The lake water is the only disadvantage of the place

The hotel is very elegant, just opened few weeks ago. The club is not opened yet.
They serve open buffet breakfast from 7 to 10 am.
The swimming pool is small but the view is wonderful. Recommended for families looking for a quiet relaxing place. Prices are little bit higher than average.

To be honest when I firstly reserved a room at this hotel over booking, I used to have very humble expectations as the price was cheap for a room with a lake view on BB bases. Right after booking sent me confirmation on my booking the hotel sent me an email immediately to welcome me and confirm my reservation as well. I tested their responsiveness and asked them for late checkout and they answered immediately to my inquiry. I reached there and was welcomed by the head of reservation, and check in happened in a blink. I entered the room and was astonished by the quality of service and cleanliness of the place, the view, Room decorations. Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. I found a complimentary fruits dish over the mini bar.
The next day its time for having breakfast at the main restaurant. Surprisingly it was good, service was very pleasant and quality of food and variety of plates was tipical as if you are in a 5 stars hotel. All of this was for 1200 LE for one night in a significant lake view room. It's a high recommended great place

I love the view and atmosphere over there, I went once with the family then back again with my friends. Staff there are very friendly and you feel home. Natural scencea on the suez canal are amazing. It also has one of the largest gymnastics halls that encourages you to be sportive. Weekend Nights have a bunch of lovely singers performing old arabic songs in a musical atmosphere 🥰🎵

Great view with amazing warm pool all the day.
The food is good but there is no too much varieties in the menu.
My only concern that at the check out day before it reach 12 pm they locked all the rooms at our luggages by themselves regardless we checked out or not.
I think it is impolite behaviour

The hotel is new, nice and clean with very spectacular view of Timsah lake. The rooms are new and good equipped. Food is good ( based on my experience that was bed and breakfast, dinner I choose one of the hotel restaurants the Oriental and the food was good the price was good compared to 5 stars hotels) the hotel prices is overall Fair compared to 5 stars hotels. Note I think they don't have bars or serve alcohols. they have a very restricted check in progress and all your documents and your accompany should be ready.
