I stayed in the double room with garden view.
My room was immaculate, clean and spacious with great amenities and complementaries.
Big shout out to the housekeepers (Ali Elshemy and Ahmed Hamdy) who are a dream team, seeing their brilliant efforts every morning was a highlight.

I felt well looked after by the team especially because I was traveling alone.
I’d like to mention staff member: Hany as he organized all my transfers and gave great recommendations on places to visit in the city - 10/10 ⭐

Everything was seamless, from activities to check-in and check-out. I just want to say thank you to Mina who works at the front desk. He was such a lifesaver. He was just so incredibly accommodating with any and every request.

The resort is stunning, peaceful and well kept with easy access to city hub.
- Spa and gym.
- Golf carts to take you to private beach.
- Beautiful pools.
- Entertainment (jazz and harp/guitar players in morning and DJ and singers in evening which ends at a reasonable time if you want an early night).

Water park is a distance away from main pools so if you’re worried about noise you definitely don’t need to be.

All in all, it was 10/10!!

I recommend this hotel from all points of view. The hotel reception staff are very friendly, The hotel staff was up to the best standards, both the guys at the hotel reception and the waiters and all the entertainment team of the hotel. The food is very good, the ambience and service on the beach as well as in the restaurants and terraces of the hotel are at the highest level. Cleanliness is everywhere in the resort and the sea and the pool are perfect for any other accommodation in this resort! I recommend this resort 100% and will be back again next year.

Swissotel was an amazing experience for me ,like no hotel could match its standards and quality including services ,food , entertainment and so on.
My upcoming holidays will be in the hotel .

Sharm’da yeni açılmış bir otel olmasına rağmen çok memnun kaldık. Odalar, atmosfer, plaj, hizmet hepsi çok güzeldi. Tüm çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Çalışanlar tatilimizin çok çok daha iyi geçmesini sağladı bize. Resepsiyonda Mina Bey otele girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız dakikaya kadar bize her konuda yardımcı oldu, güler yüzlü keyifli sohbet ederek hiç yabancı hissettirmedi. Bar kısmında Ahmed Wahid güler yüzü, güzel enerjisi, iyi servisi ile arkadaşımızın yanına bir şeyler içmeye gitmiş gibi hissettirdi. Hidayet Bey ve Mehmet şef de her konuda yardımcı olup çıkışımıza kadar konforumuz ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Plaj kısmında bulunan güvenlik Abdollah amca her giriş çıkışımızda çok tatlı bir enerji ile karşılayıp acıktığımızı söylediğimizde bizim için sahile 4 tabak börek sipariş etmişti. Otelin sahili çok çok güzel. henüz renovasyon döneminde olmasına rağmen müşteri memnuniyeti için elinden geleni yapan bir işletme olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz. Bir sonraki gidişimizde yine aynı oteli seçeceğiz.

Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Diğer otellerin aksine buranın sahili de harika. Yemekleri, atmosfer, sahne şovları her şey ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Tekrar gelince yine bu otelde kalacağım. Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar ve cana yakındı. Özellikle Hidayet Beye, Mehmet Şefe teşekkür ediyorum. Ayrıca resepsiyonda Mina Bey ve Waleed ile Hany ellerinden gelen her şeyi yaptılar.

Her şey mükemmel, hala buradayız. Döndüğümüzde tüm deneyimlerimizi paylaşacağız.

Хороший отель ! На второй линии , возят шатлами , на первой линии идёт реконструкция . Качество номеров и постельного белья на европейском уровне. Хороший аквапарк и для детей и для взрослых. Есть несколько бассейнов в том числе подогреваемые. Спиртные напитки действительно импортные, но не рассчитывайте на дорогой алкоголь )) . И ресепшен и официанты работают на пять баллов. И это не египетские пять баллов . Из пожеланий - жаль что нет меню подушек . Для отеля такого уровня можно было бы обойтись без обмена полотенец на карточки. Просто поставить больше корзин для сбора полотенец б/у . Заодно сэкономили бы на персонале ). Шоу программа разнообразная. вкусная еда в ресторане , а не столовой как почти во всех отелях Египта. Пляж и море конечно не для любителей дайвинга . Вход песчаный . В целом залив Наама бэй конечно не для дайверов . Если бы подитожить - отель для респектабельного отдыха , в том числе семейного.
