DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh - Sharks Bay Resort

Single beds were queen size and very comfortable. Toiletries and towels were replenished daily. Room was cleaned daily. Shout out to Muhammad for our daily towel surprises which got more elaborate everyday.
Reception staff were always at hand professional and a valuable source of information. The shuttle bus and golf buggies were an added advantage to get you to and from the beach or spa. We had a regular golf buggy driver. I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was excellent. The beach bar service was exceptional. There's limited access to the water from the beach due to protecting the coral but the sea can be accessed from the pier which has a lifeguard present at all times during the day. Snorkeling is good from the pier due to the protection of the coral.
Finally a big thank you to Ahmed for making our holiday special he was our Captain in the restaurant his attentive service and humour was exceptional throughout our stay. The buffet food catered for all tastes and was of a high standard. Exceptional holiday was had by all due to the high standards of this hotel and all of its staff including the chefs and all of the bar staff.

I recently stayed at doubletree sharks bay and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The accommodation was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch, and the food served at the restaurants was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.

Very pleased with our hotel choice and exactly what we were after. A nice clean room tidied every day, a large heated pool, fresh food and helpful staff. Usually it’s hard to get everything right but Hilton have smashed it. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Having just returned from a 4 night stay at the Doubletree by Hilton, I have to say I was very impressed by the service, food, cleanliness and amenities provided. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and the grounds were well maintained. Also, I read reviews about the food not being so good but our group of 4 adults only had positive things to say about the cuisines served. We ate at the restaurant everyday and everyday the food was spot on. From grilled chicken to roast beef, it was all fantastically well seasoned and cooked. The staff were all very welcoming especially those in the restaurant and poolside. We made some very good friends and enjoyed their hospitality.

The beach was a 7 minute walk from reception but it was an enjoyable walk and of you prefer not to walk, a bus was available to take you there. The hotel is a 10-15 min drive from the airport and a short walk also gets you to Soho Square.

We made use of many of the facilities such as the spa, pool table, swimming pool and football pitch. We also watched the premier league games in the bar.

We were all praising the hotel and staff members when we left and would definitely stay again. They even allowed us a late check out on 1 room rather than the 3 at a very reasonable cost and the restaurant staff helped me with some uncooked rice to try and repair my water damaged phone.

Excellent hotel. Was a bit wary about the food in Egypt but it was top quality at DoubleTree. The service was amazing. Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful especially with my two little ones. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay, I'd gladly come back. Thank you to everyone :)

We enjoyed our stay in double tree hilton sharks bay. The place is very clean, and you can see green spots everywhere 🌳🌳🌴, a lot of well planted trees and distributed in a very cleaver way.

The corals are great, and we were able to snorkel in spots of the other hotels.

The restaurant was good with a lovely hospitality from the staff, big thanks to mister Atef Gamal for his kindness and willingness to help always.

The animation team was so active and they made alot of activities across the day. They encourage us during the day to participate and to enjoy their shows and activities.

The only thing that I faced as a con, is the finance routine in the payment process. They insist to pay in cash and to get a signed off receipt from them to deliver it to the reception to get my room. This was frustrating somehow specially when i was just arrived.

Had an amazing stay, would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff is amazing, the views are really good , great rooms , an amazing food. Mariam mofdy from guest relations was amazing she made us feel comfortable from the first day. Sayed was amazing as well. Overall would recommend this hotel to everyone !! They are very honest as well, left the wallet in lobby and found it just the way it was. 10/10.

One of the best hotels that one can truly feel comfortable in. I thank Mr. Ahmed in the reception, and I would like to thank the restaurant manager, and I would like to thank everyone who works hard at it. The people are extremely respectful and courteous. The hote staffl provided excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and delectable cuisine. The swimming pool was particularly impressive. The hotel offered a convenient transportation service within its premises, utilizing small cars for pick-up and drop-off. Beach is very close to hotel. Where you can see colour full fish in tourqwise water. Mr. Mustafa, a receptionist, demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree hotel in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 nights, and I must say that the experience far surpassed my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional, with every team member going out of their way to ensure guests were well taken care of.

The culinary experience at the hotel was particularly delightful, and I am grateful for Chef Medhat's daily greetings and recommendations of special dishes. Additionally, Mr. Atef's attentiveness in the restaurant was remarkable, as he consistently ensured that my needs were met promptly and with a friendly demeanor.

The daily entertainment at the hotel was enjoyable, with Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Ali offering courteous and amiable service at the bar. Additionally, the hotel's private beach and numerous aqua park offerings added to the overall appeal.

Really a special and beautiful stay. A really wonderful hotel from the beginning. The reception, the room and the food are, frankly, excellent. Clean rooms and well furnished, smart TV, friendly staff, huge pool, live music, tasty and clean food with many options, a bit far from the beach (7 min walk), but there is a bus come every 20 min and close to soho squar, many taxis outside the hotel, over all i recommend it 👏👏

I would say the best experience I had in Egypt when it comes hotels and resorts, the staff was helpful and frankly kind. The food was delicious and they have alot of variety, the facilities was amazing, definitely recommend it

The kitchen staff who are very friendly, keeping the place clean with high selection of foods for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Respect to the guy in red top and rest of his staff. Met lots of people from London, Poland, Russia, etc.. they all spoke well about the hotel and some said they keep coming back to Doubletree. Highly recommend it.

I would like to share my experience with Hilton DoubleTree.
It is a very good hotel, which is made even more perfect by the very dedicated staff 🙂All situations are resolved quickly and smoothly. And of course, special thanks to the chef Mostafa Elgazar!!! The meal is wonderful and the only complaint is the extra kilos thanks to the meal!
I also want to thank Khloud Ahmet, Martha Adel and Khodeir Ismail, you do your work with soul and please stay as wonderful as you are😊!
During this year I have had the opportunity to visit this hotel three times and what can I say…I arrived there feeling as if I had arrived home🥰

Everything is awesome the hospatility the food, the rooms are cleaned and they check it daily. The responding is fast from the staff when you ask them for somthing. I recommand it..
