Parrotel Beach Resort

We just spent an amazing week in this hotel. The room was big and comfy, service was outstanding. The food was delicious, the beach was absolutely lovely, the massages were relaxing and the evenings entertaining. The biggest “thank you” goes to the staff, lovely, professionals who smile all the time. We will be back.

Had a great stay here and already looking at going back, all the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and fun.
Location is great with a pier on the private beach to take you out to snorkel and see the fantastic sea life on offer.
The pool tables could do with and upgrade or at least a level ground. But you are really going to Egypt to play pool and it can create a laugh anyways!
Facilities are great and I can thoroughly recommend

This hotel is second to non for customer service, Reda was exceptional as he solved and helped our holiday go without any problems. Staff are brilliant, food is delicious and variety is good. Fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing place, beautiful grounds, amazing kind and helpful staff. The beautiful pier with diving and snorkeling in the Red Sea coral is phenomenal. Spent 10 days ilat the end of October and can honestly say it was the most relaxing holiday we were all treated like vip's nothings was too difficult as all the staff are super polite and kind. Rooms all well cared for and spotlessly clean. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic place .So so friendly team ,they really look after you so well .Its been best holidays we had .Room which we been was good , ready for some renovations but We was offered new refurbished room straight away .We still decided to stay in first room as it was still good ,comfortable ,a lot of space and waking up to beautiful beach and sea view . All the people working on this hotel was friendly always smiling and welcoming you with any words they know in your language 😉Just fantastic.Thank you for great hospitality to all the team in hotel .

Amazing service from all the staff. Room amazing. Do not believe other reviews that say the food is not good. I am a very fussy eater and I definitely cannot complain. I love the pool bar. The bar man is so good, friendly and likes to make you laugh. Keep up the good work MOHAMMED ELWASIF.

Best hotel experience ever.
All the staff was so kind. They were treating us like family. The hotel was not very luxurious but still worth 100% for the price. If you want to feel comfortable and welcomed this is the right place!!!!

Very beautiful hotel really relaxing for the whole family. Very helpful staff at restaurants where there is plenty of lovely food to choose.
Animation team provide a brilliant selection of activities and entertainment to suit young and old.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The food waa very good and Mr. Hawash from the restaurant team was very friendly and attentive to our needs. the staff from the entertainment team were very fun and friendly they had different activities at the pool that were fun to watch.

Has a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff have been wonderful. The hotel is great. The rooms are large , probably would benefit from a small upgrade but still very good.

The grounds are very well maintained , large and provide a nice evening walk.

Would definitely come back to both Egypt and the same hotel.

This Hotel is first class for cleaning and servicing and friendly staff

From start to finish the customer service at this hotel was outstanding. All the staff members are very warm and make you feel at home. A special shout to Mahmoud at reception who was an absolute star from the moment we stepped into the hotel and continued to be as helpful as possible throughout our stay & to Mohamed Emad in the restaurant who always went out of his way to keep us happy.

This combined with the beautiful grounds, serene pools, amazing sea, food & abundance of sun beds available by the beach made it a perfect stay for us. The animation team are also so energetic and have plenty of activities being run every day. There was entertainment every night too after dinner. I would’ve loved to have seen the activities throughout the day advertised more around the hotel with posters so we knew exactly what time they were on. We also found out on our last day that the animation team take people clubbing most nights too.

We did feel that sometimes the buffet dinner lacked in variety and felt quite similar most nights at the hotel. Our experience at the seafood restaurant was lacking too in the quality of the food. However the Italian restaurant was much better and had a variety of dishes to choose from so would recommend this !

Lastly at times it felt like the team for excursions / spa services / beauty services would harass you to purchase their services. They were very persistent and sometimes wouldn’t leave you alone when you said no. It seems like most of our experiences in Sharm El Sheikh was like this. Despite this, our stay at this beautiful resort was exceptional and we would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a large area with swimming pools. There is a water park. This crew is very friendly. The animation is very funny and interesting. Makes me want to stay here a little longer. The funniest animation, yes..the sea is amazing, and I hope to visit you soon

I had a fantastic vacation here. I was worried the food but they changed the menu everyday so i didn't get bored.
Also, im satisfied with their service. They gave us one or two water bottles everyday via cleaners. Once we hanged ''dont disturb me'' on the doorknob but they left a water bottle in front of the door!!
Their cocktails and Italian restaurant (it may depends on the plan but we can had dinner for free once a week.) are very basic.

The True meaning of hospitality! GREAT staff and front office and the staff at the main restaurant were truly exceptional, no much variety in food but the cooking of poultry and beef was excellent, the fish fillet was great as well. The life guards at the coral reef marina were great and the house-keeping was wonderful. The beach is too shallow and we did not enjoy it and the pools were clean and nice as well. Thanks to Mr. Kamal El-Hawari, Mr. Ossama and Mr. Mohammed who upgraded us to a direct Seaview suite, Mr.Ahmed and Mr. Taha at the restaurant and all the personnel. The Chefs at the resort are great and Mr. Moustafa at the marina is wonderful. Ahmed Ezz at the reception was great and eager to please too. Thank you Protel Crystal Beach for all the great services you provide.
