What an amazing bunch of people the guys at Espai Bici are!. They provided me with tons of advise / information on how to set up the bike I had bought from Nicolai, all done by remotely by email for weeks on end (which I am sure meant them spending quite a bit of time). Their feedback was top notch and not only allowed me to make the right decision on what to buy & not to buy, but I am sure has also ended up saving me quite a bit of money. They even offered to have the bike's frame and other spare parts (which I did not buy through them) sent directly to their shop in Barcelona city from Germany for them to put together. I now have fantastic Nicolai Argon GTB Pinion built for on / off road bike touring around South East Asia, thanks in part to these awesome dudes :). In essence: super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to give quality advise. Shop sells parts for your bike which you will struggle to find elsewhere in Barcelona / Catalonia . And not expensive by any means. If you are in Barcelona and want to get the best service, advise and spare parts for bike adventures, look no further. :)

I love this shop. It would be worth moving to Barcelona just to be near it. It is by far the best bikepacking shop I have visited. I had 2 significant mechanical problems and planned to leave on a Sunday morning. They were kind enough to put 4hrs of work into my bike on a Saturday to keep me rolling on. Astounding.

Very helpful and knowledgeable bike experts. Keen on finding you the right fit for your urban (e)bike needs, not on selling you on the most expensive one. Top brands such as Riese+Muller and Tern, and a wide variety of accessories, as well as focus on after sales service. Totally recommend!

Amazing shop. We were in a pinch for storing travel bike boxes since our hotel didn't have room for them. I went in the shop to buy a part that was damaged by the airlines and the co owner offered to store our boxes for a long period of time to help us out. He totally didn't have to do that and that really saved the trip. He basically said that they had plenty of space and it wasn't a problem at all. They seemed to always be pretty busy, but made time to help everyone out and made sure we had what was needed.

I'd always wondered how a Rohloff hub worked and found a sweet hand painted bike bell to bring my kiddo as a souvenir.

Very helpful, service minded sales staff, that is able to give advice and show you different options for your bike set up. This shop has quite a cool interior.

Very good down to earth customer service, I had a doubt and question regarding my brooks seat and they not only gave me good advice but also regulated it at the moment without charging me. Recomendable 100%. The shop also includes rare accessories and has pleasant aesthetics.

A proper alternative bikeshop, and my go to for either buying gear or getting stuff repaired in Barcelona! They carry solid quality goods like steel bikes from surly and pelago, Bikepacking bags and accessories that you don't find everywhere like voile straps and caradice style handlebar bags from wizard works and other useful stuff like SON Dynamo Hubs and lights!

They care about you and your bike needs, and even recommend things to you that they don't carry if it's what you need!

I have been here numerous times and have only ever had great service and advice. Incredibly generous with both their time, tools and workshop. On one occasion my visit kept me in the shop longer than expected and they loaned me lights so that I could make it safely home with my two kids (on the bike). Thank you!

They have a great selection of bikes, parts and accessories. The staff are friendly, and knowledgable.

David is especially knowledgable and can give you great advice on cycle touring in many different parts of the world. Anyone who is cycling through Barcelona should visit this shop. I give it my highest recommendation.

They were able to service my King Chris bottom bracket. Unfortunately, the bearing has a damage and I have to replace the bearing despite the maintenance.

These Guys are Not Just sympathic, passionate, experienced bike Enthusiast in their lovely Shop. These could indeed Help me Out with a spoke that broke in my way to circunnavigar the Iberia Island. Not Just a spoke, but a straight one, which are seldom, and also with a sapim Brand, which are state of the Art, for a price Note than Just fair. Also, one short Look, less than a second, they realized a Problem i Had forgotten. I could Not Imagine a better Bike Shop! They are able to short spokes to any needed size and i Love These very helpful, Openminded guys already! Huge hugs to them, finally I am able to continue my Trip! Big Love

I'm a bike newbie so a shop like this can be a little overwhelming but the guy who helped me was super friendly and I was able to get a replacement piece for my bike. He even checked my tires and the tires of my girlfriend's bike as she tagged along with me

Nice place, they helped me to fix a high end road wheel (internal spokes, tubeless tires, carbon)

You'd be hard pressed to find a better urban cycling shop in Barcelona, and one that has an intriguing twist towards bikepackiing.. highly recommended!
