We recently stayed at this wonderful resort and were blown away by the exceptional service, especially from Francesc at reception. Francesc’s kindness and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.

We also want to thank Damian, who was very helpful and kind in making our stay memorable. Both Francesc and Damian’s professionalism and friendly demeanour made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the need for a car to access the beaches and other attractions. However, the fantastic apartment and outstanding service more than made up for this.

Thank you, Francesc and Damian, for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning!

Fantastic hotel and scenery and great Spanish taverna just outside, Don Jose - the waitress/ manager (?) there is worth the visit alone. Good vegan/vegetarian food as well.

Excellent experience. The apartments are clean and well equipped. Although it seems to have a historic beginning, inside everything is very modern. Something is renovated, something is kept authentic which gives the whole place a unique look and atmosphere. Especially in the evening. The narrow stone-paved streets leading from one house to the next are beautifully lit.
Friendly stuff, delicious food, aromatic coffee. What could one desire more to enjoy the Spanish spirit? We ❤ it ))

Small picturesque and quiet resort. We went for a wedding hosted here and it was perfect! As it's a small resort the wedding party will always cross paths over the duration of the stay so it has a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

We had a self catered apartment that didn't have a balcony or view but you have to pay extra for that.
I'd advise including breakfast in your room package as the breakfast spread will keep you going throughout the day.

The food in the two restaurants are good and portions are very big, starters are the size of a main course.

Overall a great place to go in Spain for a quiet and relaxing holiday as well as attending a wedding.

We had an amazing stay here - we thought it looked lovely when booking in the UK, and when we got here it was even nicer than we thought! Very thoughtfully laid out and considered. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating and Sebastian in particular was extremely friendly and helpful, we feel very lucky that we bumped into him on our first day. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly hotel, great entertainment for children and adults, kids club, spa, swimming pool is a good size, restaurants on site, small convenient shop next to the reception, free street parking. Rooms are clean and modern, even the standard studio is fairly big for a family of four. Staff friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms cleaned daily, the sea view is amazing.

Our second visit to this super venue and it will not be our last!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the whole complex is kept very neat and tidy, our apartment was spotlessly clean (although the decor is beginning to look a little tired), and the view from our balcony was to die for!!! Well deserved of a 5* review!!

Beautiful place to stay. Staff are always helpful and there when you need them.
Rooms are spot on with everything you need buses into nearby places every hour.

El campello is just five minutes on the bus and a gorgeous beach which you can just stay on all day with excellent swimming for toddlers as the sea is shallow for up to 500m.

Highly recommend this place

Second time here and this time opted for a junior suite with a sea view and all I can say is stunning views and the room was basically an apartment with massive terrace. Will be coming back again for sure.

Very nice and super relaxed hotel with the amazing feeling that actually you are not staying in a hotel.
It is arranged like a beautiful and colorful small Spanish village in which you amazingly fast arrive and throw away every stress you came to get lost of it.
Appartements are big, nice designed and with kitchen - so you can enjoy even cooking your own dish using the amazing ingredients you get here in the supermarkets or local markets.
As well it is a very good starting point to discover the beautiful region of alicante.

Wonderful hotelvillage! Some of the best hotelstaff I've ever met. Good breakfast and worth breakfast. Room was spacy and well cleaned. No balcony though. Pool good for children. Small and therefore almost always crowded. Restaurants both on and directly outside the complex. Taxi from airport (Alicante) about 50€. Bus to the beach and back directly outside the reception. Rental car needed for longer trips. Thanks for our stay!

We're here for 11 nights in July . Beautiful tranquil setting, well maintained with helpful staff. A couple of onsight restaurants and bars. We were here with our kids aged 13 and 15 who were more than happy with the good Wi-Fi connection.
I would recommend car hire if you are staying here and if you book direct with the hotel you can use the interior car park which is underground
There is a small beach a 5 minute drive north of hotel which is OK but very crowded at times. There are bigger and better beaches at El Campello and San Juan the latter is huge. Lots of good restaurants and shops in both towns.
El Campello has all the supermarkets you need to stock up on food and drink.
We enjoyed our stay here and the view from our apartment was stunning.
If you're feeling energetic you should head down to the shore in front of hotel (Path to the left of the spa) and try a bit of snorkeling.
Be warned it's quite tricky underfoot at the bottom and getting in and out of the water if the waves are big can be treacherous but worth the effort
This is a very popular hotel with families with young children from all over Europe so the pool is quite busy. It does seem to quiet down between 2 and 5.when it's very hot

I just had my wedding there this week. Your staff was truly amazing and very helpful for a wedding party of 70 guests. Brian from reception was a gentleman always helping us doing anything to make our stay helpful. Thanks Brian, and sabastion from the bar connected to reception was amazing just a Great man. The hotel needs to help him with more staff he worked so hard for my guests all on his own, him and Brian need pay rises for sure, working a shop and a bar all by yourself is crazy how he does this is crazy. Luna is also amazing all staff that prepared bbq were just great, thank u so much I hope these staff get more money because they are great. Thank you again guys.

Excellent views, if you can get the Seaview rooms/apartments. Isolated place, with a little corner shop attached as well as a couple of places to eat or drink, including a coffee place. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The bus goes from the hotel to El Campello. About 35 euro by taxi to Alicante.

A lovely, quiet and peaceful place to visit and stay. It's out of season (December) and so we had the place to ourselves. Bar prices are reasonable and staff are really friendly.

Went on holiday here with my girlfriend and 2 year old son, bus into town every hour apart from weekend but if you walk half an hour to the tram station you can get a tram to Alicante or Benidorm! Had a great time but a lot of hills and in the heat it can get you ha.
