We recently used Angela and her team during the purchase of our property in Spain. We were completely happy with the service they provided from the start to completion. They communicated excellently for example, they were amazingly quick to reply to emails and made the purchase stress and worry free- this was something we hadn’t anticipated when comparing our experiences of house sales in the UK, we really needn’t have worried as it was managed so well!
We also were pleased that we were able to stay over in the Uk until we completed the purchase which was really helpful to us though it was lovely to finally meet Angela, Chloe and the team once we picked up our keys! Definitely a five star service and would recommend :-)

My wife and I have recently moved to Spain following my retirement in November 2023, we purchased a property in 2019, Angela Morales handled all of the conveyancing, which we were very impresssed with, so much so that we returned to her company for help in obtaining our TIE cards, we were dealt with by her son Panchi, who proved to be equally as efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He was very friendly and reassuring with regards to our requirements. We are learning Spanish at the moment, but we are not at any decent level to converse properly, fortunately, Panchi is an excellent speaker of English and was most accommodating, we would strongly recommend his company to anyone looking for solicitors in the area.

This gentleman's review is totally wrong. He probably misinterpreted what his friend told him. I am the proud owner of this flat. So I know perfectly well how it all happened

Angela Morales, the sellers lawyer, acted in full agreement with the estate agent and the seller. I actually asked if I could have the key to the flat before the signing of the deed so that I could have the opportunity to clean it and arrange it to my taste. The total amount of the flat had been paid before I received the key. The sellers had gone back to their country and had given a power of attorney to their lawyer. The flat was free of any personal items. What Joe Lawer does not say is that the flat was sold furnished, with a functioning air-conditioning. But it was defect, as was the oven and hood, which we replaced. And of course we changed the lock, I think that is quite normal.
