Blue Sea Villas

We have hired an apartment twice from Blue Sea Villas and the level of service we received from Emma and all the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, we were meeted and greeted at the apartment with a lovely welcome pack and they explained how everything worked. Total professional, friendly service in every way, thank you so much ,we would highly recommend you to anyone.

Having just returned from two weeks at villa Kara which was booked through Blue sea Villas we feel we literally hit the jackpot. The villa itself is clean and modern with all the mod cons you could need.
The fly enclosure was an absolute godsend. Not only did it keep the creepy crawlies out but it also provides a decent windbreak and takes the edge off the heat from the sun so you can spend all day by the pool.
With the temperature at 35+ throughout the day the pool was warm all the time and attended to by the nice pool guy on Fridays.
We loved having the use of air conditioning in pretty much every room and a gas BBQ which was very handy.
There are some bits that are a little dated but nothing too off-putting.
The villa is situated in Arboleas - quite a sleepy little town with a mixture of friendly Spanish folk and British ex-pats but there are plenty of things to do especially if you have the use of a car.
D'luigis pizzeria, Nuevo Trinidad, restaurante Azabache and Cafeteria Maloan are all within walking distance. They all offer nice local food and drink with a friendly atmosphere. You're better off booking because they all get very busy. They also have a cracking supermarket across the river that has an excellent meat counter.
Just down the road in Albox there are some bigger supermarkets and Happy Garden, The Taj and Bowlera are all well worth a visit.
The coast is about 45 minutes away and AquaVera is around half an hour.
All in all - a great villa with lots of things around it.
My only advice would be to rent a car to make the most of your stay.
We were regularly updated and communicated with before and during our stay by both WhatsApp and Email.

This is the first year we have rented out our villa and Blue Sea Villas are our first experience of a management company, we couldn't be more pleased. Happy guests equal happy owners. What a good start and a great service all round.

These guys were very pleasant and helpful in sorting out a last minute rental for us. Despite being run off their feet with the August holidaymaker mayhem, they managed to sort our remaining little issues out and were helpful in arranging new property viewings too.

It's very nerve-racking leaving your 2nd home in someone else's hands but I have nothing but faith in Wendy and her hard working, incredibly helpful Team.

I need to update the review bacause this year they really excell at customer service. We arrive a Saturday afternoon to find the AC in our room was not working (August in Andalusia .... Try to to picture it). We notified the agency and in half an hour a technician was at home checking in it. Unfortunately his diagnostic was that the unit was broken, no repair possible ... To our amazement next day, Sunday , at 11 AM we have a new unit up and running installed by a really porfessional team. Simply outstanding service.
We have been using the services of Blue Sea Villas and we keep them as our Mojacar rental apartments agency. In our experience they are have been efficient , keep ongoing communication and solved any issues we could have with the propierty. They speak both English and Spanish.

Today we completed on a house purchase bought through Blue Sea Villas. We dealt exclusively with Victor, from arranging the viewing to signing at the notary today.
Victor is one of the best estate agents I have had the pleasure to deal with. He is always quick to respond to communication, in whatever form. He finds answers to queries and replies immediately. He is friendly, helpful and extremely professional.
You can't always choose the estate agent you buy through, but if a property is on the market with Blue Sea Villas and other agents, choose BSV and Victor, you won't be disappointed.

Just returned from a week in Mojacar. Wendy and her team worked their magic and it was a perfect week and a great rental. I've dealt with Wendy on and off for years and she has always been friendly and professional. There is nothing not to like about BSV. I recommend them without reservation.

We have nothing but praise for wendy and the the team at Blue Sea Villas. We gave them a very vague brief of the type of property we were looking for and Viktor took us to view several properties in our budget. He was very patient and engaging and after several hours together we found our dream home.

The service provided by Wendy & her staff was second to none from the start of the booking, to the texts on arrival procedures and during our stay. The hand-over on arrival was thorough & we were in no doubt that the staff of Blue Sea Villas were there to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The apartment was well appointed and had all the extra little touches to make a holiday a success. We were so pleased with the service we received that we recommended it to friends who have made a booking for the Autumn. Thanks to Wendy and her team at Blue Sea Villas for being pleasant and very responsive to deal with. There was frequent contact up until check in which went smoothly, then when I wanted to extend it was sorted out in a matter of minutes, and an issue with the appt. was dealt with promptly. I'd definitely use them again.

Can't recommend BSV highly enough as I rented long term with them.
I was let down by a removal company at the last minute and BSV came to my rescue and move me to my new rental with them. Charlotte was a star always super friendly. Wendy and Angela was there to listen and support
me. Any problems were dealt with super fast and efficiently. Bill is also a credit to the team. Don't go anywhere else as Wendy and her team are
the friendliness in the area.

Beverly and her team were at our disposal at all times, very helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our stay at Vida Cabrera a lot and Blue Sea Villas surely contributed to that!

Great location. Very clean. All the little extras were there... sewing kit, fittest aid kit... all the tiniest practicalities catered for.

We have used Bluesea villas quite a few times now and would highly recomend them. It's easy when every thing goes smoothly the proof of a good professional company only comes when a problem is encountered and successfully dealt with. For the first time we encountered a problem with our current visit, no fault of Bluesea villas, but a significant problem. The problem was resolved quickly, efficiently and exceeded our requirements. The best testimonial I can leave is that we will return to Mojacar and will only use Bluesea villas for our future holiday requirements. Friendly and very easy to deal with great set up

We rented Casa Nakita for a week this summer from Blue Seas, not only was the apartment perfect for us, but the agents went out of their way to make us welcome. Sitting up on the roof terrace in the evening with a glass of wine, dinner cooking on the barbecue and wonderful views to go with it all.
