I bought my house with K7 and they were absolutely amazing. Carol went above and beyond to ensure things went as smoothly as possible despite many bumps in the road our end, such as us losing our buyer. The communication was always top notch and we felt fully informed at all times. We are very grateful that they helped us buy our dream house and I would highly recommend them to all.

Carol from k7 listened to what we wanted when buying our house, she went above and beyond. Picking us up and driving us around. Giving us lots of information on the areas. My experience with K7 was all very positive. I have felt the need to post this review after reading a previous review by Mrs Rourke.
I am the owner of the apartment which contained the "Knackered washing machine" she referred to.
It was most certainly not knackered until she washed floor rugs in my domestic machine, which broke the drum.
Also you cant book a six month let and just decide to leave early and not pay. That's not how it works. That's why both parties sign an agreement.
Sadly I think her review is a misrepresentation of this company.

Para mi marido Javier y para mi, ha sido una suerte increíble encontrar esta inmobiliaria. Carol nuestra agente , muy profesional y ademas un encanto de mujer, siempre dispuesta y con una sonrisa . Estamos muy contentos con el trato recibido . La gestión por parte de Christine, “super”.

Hola, conozco la agencia desde hace15 años. K7 es también la agencia que administra la finca ,además de ocuparse de los eventuales alquileres o sea que me siento por experiencia, de aconsejarK7 por su profesión y amabilidad. En realidad me disgusta leer juicios negativos de alguien que ha hecho 3 llamadas y sin venir a cuento le da una pataleta ( pidiendo rebajas,mercadeando) y pretenden abochornar a dicha inmobiliaria, sin lograrlo, claro!

Solicitamos los servicios de la inmobiliaria para alquilar un apartamento y hemos estado de maravilla. La información que nos facilitaron fue muy completa y el trato de maravilla, la chica que nos ha atendido muy profesional (no publico su nombre pero ella sabe a quien me refiero).¡ Repetiremos seguro!

Llevo más de 10 años alquilando un apartamento a través de Grupo K7 y su servicio siempre ha sido excelente. Destacaría especialmente su gran profesionalidad y disponibilidad. Siempre que hemos tenido algun problema gracias a la intermediación de la fantástica Irene se nos ha resuelto la incidencia al instante. Muy recomendable si quieres pasar unas vacaciones perfectas!

Hemos alquilado un piso este verano con ellos y todo fenomenal, la atención inmejorable, se preocuparon en todo momento de nuestra estancia, muy recomendables.

Empresa pequeña pero con grandes valores, llevo con ellos 4 años seguidos alquilando mi casa y nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellos. MUY RECOMENDABLES
