Sin duda el mejor gimnasio de todos los que he probado en Vila-real. Monitores preparados te atienden bien, hay buen ambiente, nadie se mete con nadie, gente de todas las edades y no sólo chulos de pueblo, toda clase de entrenamientos y productos, ... Yo lamentablemente lo tuve que dejar porque me quedé sin dinero pero he vuelto después de 2 años... Tenía ansias de volver.
Es el único gimnasio que recomiendo a día de hoy. +💯

Muy bien equipado y atención exquisita. Geniales sus clases de spinning y, en particular, sus Master Class. Grandes sus monitores.

Defensus: Defensa personal con profunda influencia de seguridad privada y policial. Muy bueno tanto para aprender autodefensa como profesional.
David y Manuel son grandes profesionales de esta disciplina que sabrán inculcarte la filosofía de la defensa personal, defensa ante ataques con armas, reducir y retener, entender la escena y buscar soluciones a las situaciones.
