Spent a month in Valencia and this was my go-to box. Great coaching, owner who cares about his gym, and friendly welcoming members. I'll be back in September! Also - clean gym and I'm a great neighborhood. Anyone in VLC should spend some time in Ruzafa.

A well equipped box located in Valencia. The staff are knowledgeable and help you improve. I was only there for 3 sessions and invited to join the classes which I found doable but challenging. Thanks Edo. Highly recommended

Been coming here since April '18. Staff is well read (Edu is just great) and will introduce you to the lingo and the technique based on your knowledge, physical condition and experience. They have a flexible calendar, with courses already at 7am, and well into the evening. No dedicated nutritionist, which is a bummer, but google is your friend. Equipment is generally in good shape and facilities in working order. There's also a good male-female ratio, to my surprise. As for the sport itself, I guess it depends on one's preferences. There's a free tryout class if you want to give it a shot.

Trained here for 3 months while spending the summer in Valencia. Amazing setup and staff couldn’t be nicer. Would definitely recommend!

Me vine de otra ciudad sin tener referencias de ningún Box y sin embargo, haber elegido Crosstraining fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar. Han conseguido que me sienta como en casa en muy poco tiempo. Tanto coaches como compañeros son un 10!

Para mi el mejor box de valencia! Entrenando aquí desde febrero y no tengo mejor manera de empezar mis días! Desde el día 1 me sentí como en casa.
Los coach muy profesionales y además buena onda! He notado mi progreso gracias a la ayuda y corrección por parte de ellos. Y además me la paso increíble en los WOD!
En cuanto al box y material están siempre actualizándolo asegurándose que tengamos lo mejor, para después no tener excusas a la hora de entrenar!

Recomendado por un amigo durante el finde en Valencia estuve entrenando aquí y solo puedo decir que es un sitio familiar y gestionado por profesionales del crossfit que saben y les gusta lo que hacen.

Entrenamos con Carlos un WOD por parejas con un tábata de abs que para un sábado de agosto cumplía más que sobra.

Materiales de crossfit de calidad y buen espacio para entrenar. ¡Volveremos!

Crosstraining ha sido y siempre será casa. El buen rollo, la dedicación y la motivación en los entrenamientos son lo que más me han gustado de este box ❤ Os voy a echar mucho de menos.

El mejor box!
Está céntrico, en el barrio de ruzafa. Los entrenamientos son variados y bien organizados.
Máquinas y material de calidad.
Clases durante todo el día y clases específicas para aprender/mejorar gimnasticos o haltero.
Los coach son muy agradables y atentos.
Siempre hay muy buen ambiente

Entreno aquí hace ya varios años . El ambiente de las clases es genial , los coaches todos muy majos. Hay muchos horarios para escoger y el material está en óptimas condiciones.

Un Box genial! Está en el centro de Valencia. Unos coach muy profesionales que logran con unas clases muy amenas grandes resultados.
El material en todo el box es Rogue y está en perfecto estado.
Ofrecen clases espeficificas de harterofilia, endurance, etc además de crossfit
