Hotel Punta del Cantal

Very nice hotel next to the beach and close to bars, restaurants, and cafes. Book it directly via their website - they are part of the "Hotel Puntazo" group. On that website, you get a better price.
Punta del Canal has a very nice pool, very comfortable rooms, and a beautiful design.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
No regrets here.

42 of us stayed at the hotel for a week in February for our annual winter cycling holiday. Very large clean bedrooms, huge private garage for our bikes, as much food as cyclists could manage to eat(!), freshly cooked eggs, omelettes and bacon for breakfast with good coffee and fresh fruit (must be the best oranges in the world!), meats and fish cooked to order on the grill each evening and a wide selection of other foods, wine on the table and sangria and tapas one evening, clean pool, great bar, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing value. Thanks so much.

Excellent Hotel, exeptionally clean large rooms. The staff were lovely especially Delia Receptionist, William and Rosa who made our stay memorable.

There was nothing we would change as it was so lovely and we will both return as soon as we can.

Arrived this afternoon to a very pleasant looking hotel reception. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The rooms/apartments was very clean and spacious. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back...

Great hotel. Clean and bright. Not too far from the beach. They throw in a loyalty card for a beach club across the road, Bocaina Beach Club, 10% discount on the lunch and dinner menu.

He estado el 24 de febrero . Excelente atención tanto al hacer la reserva como una vez allí , hubo un pequeño fallo que solucionó el recepcionista mejorando la habitación considerablemente. La ubicación frente al mar y muy buenas condiciones . Indudablemente si vuelvo repetiré la experiencia de reservar aquí 😁👍

Un hotel genial si quieres ir en un plan muy tranquilo (al menos yo cuando fui, parecía que estábamos solos), el personal muy amable, la habitación que nos tocó muy amplia y el servicio genial (fui en régimen solo alojamiento) el único pero que le pongo es que para subir a la habitación había que subir bastantes escaleras, ya que no hay ascensor a las habitaciones, sólo de la recepción a la zona de piscina y zona común de las habitaciones (desde la cual había que subir escaleras para acceder a la gran mayoría de ellas). En general, muy buen hotel y muy bien ubicado.

El hotel está en primera línea de playa y está bien de precio. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes, tienen un saloncito, la habitación, el baño y una terraza que tiene unas vistas preciosas al hotel. El hotel es muy bonito, blanco y azul con terrazas azules y macetas amarillas muy chulas. En la piscina se está genial, tienen toldos y da la sombra. Todos los días nos cambiaban las toallas y nos hacían la cama, todo muy limpio. Lo mejor fue Sotiris, el recepcionista francés, que ha sido encantador con nosotros y nos ha atendido siempre súper bien, nos ha aconsejado restaurantes y zonas para aparcar.
