I ordered a lot of equipment from their online shop, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I needed the items shipped to the US in less than 17 days, and the dive shop was so responsive and made sure that all my equipment arrived on time before a trip. Even though some of the items weren't in stock, they coordinated alternatives with me and even upgraded some of my gear.

All of the gear arrived in great condition, the price is great, and the shipping was fast from Spain all the way to the US. Fulfillment time was about 8 days, and shipping time was 5 days.

The shop was super responsive over email, and over phone and did everything they could to make sure my gear arrived in time. I really appreciate this shop and highly recommend shopping with them online.

This was my first order from GiDive Store to United States. I had a very pleasant shopping experience with GiDive Store. I ordered a customized Xdeep BCD, Dive Rite Reg set, and a Aqualung dry bag. The staffs were very responsive in email reply. The shipping was very quick and the package looked very rigid. The gears were 100% brand new and no issues. The price was amazing too. I will definitely shop back!

Ordered my very first order from Gidive Store int. After the payment they initiated and informed me the item was out of stock and it will be available within a week. Customer service was very responsive to the emails and even to phone. And so about about a week ( excluding holidays) store received the stock and it was shipped to me on the same day,"Kudos". It was shipped via UPS and i received the items intact and in mint condition perfectly new. Gidive packaging was very well packed solid. I will definitely shop from here and recommend them.

This is my first purchase from them. I purchased a backplate and wing from them on August 16, 2022. They are promising a delivery within 10 business days. Keep in mind I am located in Atlanta, GA USA. I have paid for the UPS/(or equivalent ) delivery option so I do feel confident that my merchandise is in good hands. I will continue to update as the time passes. I hope that everything goes smoothly because this stores inventory is amazing. 🤞

Have used this Company for a fair few deliveries now and have never been disappointed. They communicate when things will take more time to deliver and are prompt to let you know when its on route. Decent service all-round

I have had 2 separate shipments (3 orders) ship out from them within about a week of placing the order. They have been great about swapping things that are out of stock and combining subsequent orders to save on shipping.

If you are ok with waiting a little bit for shipping, they have been great to work with and their prices are great.

I received my fins, Mask, and DIN to York adapter to Colombo, Sri Lanka all the way from Spain.

The ordering process was a bit of confusing, but Maria Canals and Belinda Garcia handled it professionally.

I would recommend anyone to go and purchase, and they do shipping worldwide for reasonable price.
