Bar Terraza.

Have eaten here a couple of times and the food is fantastic as are the staff! Highly recommended. Pics of different meals. Please note that the current owners have only been here a few months so the reviews pre covid are not theirs. They do not have a current FB account or website yet.

An absolutely perfecto pizza.. light, fluffy dough topped with just the right amount of cheese n piquante chorizo. Cooked to order in their pizza oven. Crisp white wine served by friendly smiling staff. Fabulous!

Lovely food, lively atmosphere. Absolute gem to the village of Galera! Can’t wait to visit again!!!

I have had a really pleasant experience at Bar Terraza this evening with my family. The food was wonderful, and they even brought a baby pizza (free of charge) for my little boy whilst we waited for our main meals. I thought this was a really thoughtful touch by the staff, and it kept him entertained with the added bonus of a full belly! I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again.

First visit for us since change of ownership. It was very friendly with good service. The new owner is delightful and I hope they have success in their new venture. The menu has lots of Italian style dishes which is a welcome change around here! We will definitely be back. Thank you Heidi and hope to see you soon.

You must go for the fish and chips. We went on the first day they started and it was delicious. Had chipped potatoes instead of chips but they were lovely. The fish was the star of the plate though as the batter was light and not greasy. A big bonus to the few of us who can't eat greasy food. We were a table of about 20 and everyone said how good it was. Looking forward to trying the curry night next.

The village has needed a place like this for years. The staff are friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The Italian food is good, very good and there is a variety of choice. Tapa its served with every drink order regardless of whether if not you have ordered a meal. Love it!

Really great experience. We had menu del dia twice and an evening meal in the space of three days! Each time the staff were really helpful and very flexible. The food was delicious, well presented, a good choice with a great menu. There were no delays arriving to the table. Felt welcomed and will definitely return again when we are next in Galera. Highly recommended. Thank you for a delightful surprise with our return to Galera after 2 1/2 years.

Went first time with new friends Tone and Lisa in October, excellent food from the menu, also fantastic tapas.Staff really helped all of us with our very basic Spanish, helping with what to choose and how we would like it. From the outside it looks very basic,(even though the prices are) but don't let this put you off it really is a fantastic little eating place. We would assume in summer you will have to book because Galera really is a hidden little gem in Andalusia, and very very popular with the Spanish from the major towns and citys across Spain, I wouldn't want you to miss out. Give it a go.
