Bici Activa

I had a very difficult problem with a rear wheel on a Dutch style bike. After going to several other bike shops they said there is only one place that has the skill to fix the problem and the other shops said go to Bici Activa. The Englishman who is the mechanic is an absolute wizard. They called me several times to give me updates and an estimated price. High quality shop. Superior service. Highly trustworthy!

Very good knowledgeable store and a super nice guy. I had lost a part of my Ortlieb bag on the road, and he searched in his warehouse and found the part. I was totally happy!
So I highly recommend this store! (not only for the Ortlieb 😉)

Top job by a top bloke Carlos..Seville No1 bike shop for sure😉😊 He fixed my spokes and spent a day sourcing bearings for a hope rear hub i had destroyed .. Nothing was any trouble for this guy or this shop..He changed cables, greased and oiled everything. He made sure i left his shop eith a bike in the best condition. And it was as cheap as chips. Thank you so much. I continued my tour with so much joy knowing my bike was going to go anywhere my legs could take it without any problems. Tony the bike destroyer😆

I can only highly recommend this shop. Carlos really went out of his way to find a solution to improve the brakes on our Barboe child carrier. Very friendly and very good English!

Carlos and his expert bike mechanic also named Carlos provided my wife and her sister with outstanding Kalkhoff touring bikes for our recent 3 week cycle trip through Andalucia Spain. Carlos spent over an hour with us to provide us route infos and made sure we had top equipment. His mechanic Carlos worked on my bike to make sure it was in the best shape possible plus gave me lots of advice. This is the very best shop in Sevilla and the staff is excellent. They also have very fair and reasonable prices. I would not hesitate to send anyone there for a good rental bike.

We were bike touring without Bromptons through south of Spain and Portugal. Google map managed to send us one some impossible roads and our Bromptons were pretty beat up by the time we got to Seville. We were lucky to come across Bici Activa which was recommended by a local Brompton cyclist. Very friendly staff with good English that helped with a full check up and replaced worn parts in record time while we went around the corner for some Rebujito. Excellent!

This is _the_ place for a Bromptonist in Sevilla. Very helpful and friendly staff. They fixed my broken spike while I was waiting (could not leave the bike over the weekend).

Fuí esta semana desde Cádiz a dejar mi Brompton para una revisión y cambiar el cable de los cambios y se portaron genial. La tuvieron lista en tiempo récord y fueron súper amables. ¡Volveré!

EXCELENTE y 100% RECOMENDABLE! me arreglaron una bici de hace 15 años que llevaba unos cuantos abandonada, y el resultado fue espectacular. El trato es cercano y profesional, siempre dándote presupuesto ajustado y recomendándote lo mejor en cada momento. Un placer contar con su profesionalidad!

Además de la magnífica profesionalidad, destacamos la amabilidad y una atención impecable. Nos resolvieron un problemilla urgente en el momento, veníamos con las bicis de fuera de la ciudad de Sevilla, y de paso revisaron algunas cosas de las bicis de cortesía. Ojalá tuviéramos cerca de donde vivimos una tienda y taller de bicis así.

Excelentes profesionales tanto para la venta de bicicletas (serios y cumplidores en la entrega) como para el mantenimiento y reparación. Tardan poco en dar cita y hacer el trabajo de mecánica y la bici queda siempre como nueva. Recomendable al 150 por 100.

Fui la primera vez guiado por las reseñas de Google y me pareció que no estaba en ningún error, todo lo contrario. Fue por un pinchazo. La segunda fue para una magnífica revisión para mi Brompton; me la han dejado perfecta en todos los aspectos.
Buen trato, disposición a atenderte, solucionarte, aconsejarte, rápidos, buen precio....
En fin... absolutamente recomendables.

Tanto los mecánicos como la persona que está de cara al público son muy competentes, con excelentes conocimientos de la bicicleta y muy agradables. Los conocí hace un año y me hacen el mantenimiento de las dos bicicletas que tengo. Una de ellas me la han transformado increíblemente. Todo lo que han hecho ha sido un acierto.

Funcionan muy bien y, lo más importante, entienden de bicis, que no todo el mundo que monta un taller entiende. Muy ocupados, me dieron cita para tres días y luego cumplieron a la perfección. Precios razonables y sobre todo mucha calidad tanto en el trabajo como en los elementos que montan.
Repetiré sin duda
