Hotel Mirador de Chamartin

Loved the hotel. Different than your typical “business” hotel with an aesthetic that will take your mind away.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Very helpful and kind employees in every department, breakfast was great. Shower was really good. 10/10 experience especially for the price, very reasonable

Great hotel! It’s very close to the airport but also a 15 min Uber ride into downtown.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is nice to walk and very calm with lots of green space.

It has a terrace with a good restaurant under some trees which is convenient and there are a few other restaurants nearby.

The rooms are perhaps on the smaller side, but the windows open to green space which is nice and have good A/C.

Definitely recommend!

Spent the night at this hotel together with the referee team before a competition and had a great experience.

The rooms are incredible, super specious and bright.
Breakfast was very rich and with so much variety.

Great family room with all the self catering amenities, except for a kettle. Nicely planned out room, clean and spacious. Very friendly staff with a restaurant next door.
Location is slightly on the outskirts of Madrid, however very easy to get around using the metro.

Solid hotel with all the essentials. Rooms were superbly cleaned every day. The building feels dated but water pressure is great and furniture is new. Breakfast buffet was better than expected. Metro station is nearby that connects to city-center and airport although travel time is long and taxi might be better. I would stay again, just be mindful of travel time to city center and limited eating options outside the hotel. Hotel is a great option if you need to travel from the Charmatin station to another destination as the Charmatin station is nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and I a great experience. First there was a mix up with my room but the two ladies at the front desk resolved the mix up and upgraded me to a bigger room, the front desk men were great too. The hotel is located not too far from the metro station. I will be staying there again when I'm in Madrid.

Really cute hotel in a nice, quiet area of Madrid. The decor and room service was really good. Our room had a pool view and some quirky interiors. We stayed here while attending the madcool festival and we're very glad we choose this hotel. We didn't try the restaurant or the buffet so no idea about the food. The bed was comfortable as we're the shower and toilet arrangements.

This was my first time visiting Madrid and this hotel made it even better. Staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The hotel location is not perfect but the metro is 5 minutes away so I was ok with that. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly as they provided whatever I have asked for.

The only negative comment I have is that the rooms were small.

Great hotel, great service and staff. Rooms were nice and clean, area quiet, and bar/restaurant really nice. Stayed here for work trip, but would stay again for pleasure too.

I loved this hotel. The room was so big and spacious, I could've got lost. Everything in the room worked to such a high standard and the quality of the bed guaranteed a good nights sleep. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. I will go back.

Well designed large and clean rooms at an affordable price. The receptionist found my wallet and brought it to the room. Will seriously consider coming back next time I am in Madrid!

Excellent hotel good staff quite location bit out of city center but only 10 min walk to metro station lot of good restaurants close by

The hotel is quiet, clean, the room sizes are specious. Their staff are polite and professional and the food is good. I would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant Hotel... The service is excellent. The only down side is their location. Far away from the City but close to the Airport. Perfect for Business Travel

Wonderful, quiet hotel in a residential area not far from the airport. Subway downtown a bit of a ride but therefore direct route.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, great shower. Would stay again.
