Hotel Pompaelo Urban Spa ****

Excellent hotel in the middle of all the action. It is modern with very comfortable beds and lindens. The bath is large and all the amenities. Best of all it has an excellent spa with jacuzzi, hot sauna and steam sauna. Aintzane was my masseuse. Request her if possible, she’s excellent.

In the heart of Old Town, it was the perfect location, most especially during the San Fermin mini festival where we could watch the concert from our balcony. The room was neat, well-lit in every area of the room, comfortable bed and pillows.

The reception staff were just wonderful. One lady, in particular, who helped us so much when we needed to leave Spain because of the virus! One of the ladies in the dining room was also delightful. The rooms are very pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We used to live in Pamplona and it was great to be in a room with a balcony out to the street just how Pamplona is fun to experience. The rooms were large, well decorated for the most part, and staff very nice and helpful. Odd that laundry and such is stored in the stairwell, but otherwise pretty fantastic, and the location is great too.

Perfect place to get it all together when starting the Camino from Pamplona. A little pampering is special and helps one recover from jet lag before starting the walk to Santiago . 5 minute taxi from the train station. Great staff and comfortable bed. Convenient to the sights of the old part of town.

Nice design, clean rooms, very nice staff, decent food, BUT your wifi sucks, you need an update, change the modems, I couldn’t even connect with my iPhone because the Wifi is not secure.

You can’t beat this location for the San Fermin “running of the bulls” festival. Balcony view of famous Ayuntamiento city hall square and right in the middle of the action — if you don’t mind drums beating outside your window until 3am! And if you do, this festival isn’t for you!
