Hotel Ciudadela Pamplona

Great place to stay in Pamplona.
We had a car, so it was great to be able to park close by. It was nice and easy to find and to walk to the hotel from and reasonable at 12 euro as secure as well.
The gentleman behind the desk was so welcoming and very efficient and we were in the lift and up to our room in no time.
The room was spotless and had been recently renovated, so nice modern fixtures and fittings. It was light and airy too. The bed was great and very comfortable. We had a desk in the room as well. It was very quiet and we had aircon which was perfect.
Bathroom was a great size and had a rain shower with good pressure and lots of hot water.
They do offer a breakfast, but we didn't have it, but it looked good.
Perfect location in the city center too and there are bakeries and supermarkets close by.

I booked this hotel during San Fermin and was so pleased with it! The location was fabulous, a short walk to all the festival activities but far enough away where it was quiet and we could get a good night sleep before the bull run.

The staff was so welcoming and offered great advice for things to do around the city. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good variety for everyone. The air conditioning in the room also worked great. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Booked here last minute and the staff were very accommodating. Our room wasn't ready so they gave us a free beer each! The rooms were spacious and very clean. They have ample space to park bicycles. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location overlooking a wide but quiet road, very clean newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, and one of the few hotel where you can sleep in until late without noise in corridors or other floors. The staff were extremely friendly and I’ll definitely stay there again.

The location is wonderful: beautiful tree-lined street, a block away from the best bars, but still quiet. The ground floor includes a bar that's very good and has a lot of outdoor seating. We arrived shortly after 1 pm, but the worker (I don't know his name) told us check-in was at 2 pm. He kindly gave us the option to either leave our bags or take a slightly different room. The room was nice and air conditioned. We ate the breakfast which began at 7 am: it was very good.

Rarely have I felt so welcomed and at home. The staff were beyond friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations. The location is great. So was the room and the breakfast. I will definitely return.

Arrived very late and was kindly assisted by the night desk attendant. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning desk attendant (I think his name as Eduardo) was very helpful in arranging our return visit on a very busy weekend and in helping get the bus to St Jean Pied a Port to begin our Camino. On our return through Pamplona he helped us find a spa and arranged for a cab to take us there - and managed the transport of our backpacks. All staff was helpful, attentive and friendly.

Nos hemos alojado una noche en el Hotel Ciudadela y sin duda lo recomendamos. Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. El baño con todo detalle. La habitación no es demasiado grande pero la cama muy cómoda y grande.
La ubicación inmejorable para callejear por el centro de Pamplona. Volveremos!!

Imposible mejorar la experiencia de la estancia en este hotel. Ubicación espectacular, en pleno casco antiguo. Super limpio y de un tamaño adecuado. Ventanas con un grado de insonorización de 10. En la habitación teníamos dos ventanas balconeras y no se oía nada ni de fuera ni del interior. Limpieza impecable. Funcionamiento de baño y aire acondicionado, perfectos y sin complicaciones. Personal de recepción muy simpáticos, amables y eficientes, especialmente Eduardo, quien nos atendió siempre con una sonrisa. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel cada vez q vengamos a Pamplona. Por cierto, que habíamos escogido el hotel por puntuación y al marcharnos nos dimos cuenta de que es un hotel de dos estrellas. Sin duda se merecería una o dos más.

Está ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Pamplona. A 3 minutos de la Plaza del Castillo y a 500 metros de la famosa Calle Estafeta. La cama es la más cómoda en la que hemos estado. Muy grande y confortable. La limpieza es muy buena y sin olores desagradables. El personal muy atento. Tuvimos un par de percances y nos dieron solución al instante.
El precio está bastante bien para su ubicación y calidad.
Un gran punto a favor es que tienen convenio con un parking situado a 200 metros que da gran facilidad a la hora de moverte sin problema a los pueblos de alrededor sin preocuparte de buscar luego aparcamiento (Nos costó 12€/día). Nos vino de lujo tener el aparcamiento cerca porque no dejó de llover en los 3 días que estuvimos por allí.

100% recomendable. La ubicación es excelente para conocer las zonas más emblemáticas de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario y muy bien aisladas tanto acústica como térmicamente. Especial mención al inmejorable e impecable trato que recibimos por parte del personal del hotel.

Un hotel con ubicación perfecta en la periferia del casco historío por lo que estás en pleno centro pero sin los inconvenientes de la parte vieja de la ciudad.

La habitación amplia y limpia.

El personal muy amable, especialmente la joven que nos atendió al llegar (27/01/24 11:30h) y el recepcionista de la salida (29/01/24 12:30h).

Habitación cómoda y muy limpia. El trato por parte del personal fue perfecto, con simpatía y amabilidad. Lugar tranquilo y aislado del ruido del exterior. La ubicación inmejorable, a escasos segundos del núcleo del casco antiguo de Pamplona. El café del bar del hotel riquísimo. Agur y gracias, volveremos pronto! :)

Las habitaciones perfectas y en un muy buen estado. El servicio muy atento. Solo nos han dado facilidades durante mi estancia.
Sin duda un lugar para repetir.
