Madrid Marriott Auditorium

Stayed there 1 night as I had a conference. The hotel is huge but thanks to the front desk staff, it was easy to find the room. Every staff member was very friendly and polite.

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was slightly cold when I arrived but there’s an AC/heating system that worked well. For some reason, the TV wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big issue.

The gym was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, fresh products and great variety of food.

I guess that the only con of this hotel is the location. If you’re in Madrid as a tourist, keep in mind that there is a 25/30 minutes taxi ride to the city center.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Perfect for a good night sleep. They also have a shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the local shopping mall which was a deal clincher.

There were also a good selection and bars and restaurants on premise with a wide selection of cuisine on offer. We tested them out were impressed with the food and service.

The fitness and pool facilities were also great for a work out before your flight. There’s also a nice trail nearby for those who enjoy trail running.

What almost made me not giving this hotel 5 stars was that the water pressure was very weak everywhere and I like a strong shower.

We upgraded to a suite during our stay and the room was perfect. The amenities were commensurate with the expectations for a suite. It was comfortable and quiet. The concierge lounge was exceptional. We were quite comfortable and thought the food selection was great. The concierge rooms surround the lounge, which is really nice. We had to depart early for a flight, which meant we took breakfast in the hotel dining area. It appeared that it catered to convention groups, the room was cavernous. But the selections were more than adequate. The hotel shuttle is a big plus, while the hotel is adjacent to the airport, because of the layout of the roads, allow plenty of time to arrive prior to any flight.

I had a good time at Marriott. The team at reception was very nice! Food at Resturant was great! It's huge property to move around and shuttle at morning time from hotel to airport was a great! Thank you team Marriott 🙏

Wonderful experience at this hotel. From the shuttle pick up at. Which was on time , and the driver courteous and helpful. To the front desk which was very professional and made me feel very welcome d.
The room had everything you needed.
Then the real surprise was the breakfast. One of the best Marriott breakfast I've ever seen. Anything you can imagine is there from fruits to variety of cheeses to cook that made custom omelettes. The executive lounge also was wonderful.and hade a great assortment of dishes.and warm food at 530 pm . I highly recommend this hotel. This size of it is overwhelming at the beginning ,but it's so worth to stay at this great hotel .

First of all, location is 10 minutes from the airport and offers a Shuttle bus.
SERVICE IS THE BEST! You feel welcomed the moment you step in. The people at the Registration desk are very nice, try to do their best to accommodate you.
Upgrade your room so you get access to the VIP Areas.
Breakfast will be included and it has a great assortment of delicious foods.
Use the breakfast room on the first floor, not the one upstairs.
The only thing I found inconvenient is that the rooms need updating. Do not have outlets to charge cells...
Other than that, I love the Hotel. I have used it 3 times in 2 years while in Madrid.
I made a point to leave the center of Madrid to spend the last night near the Airport and this is simply a great Hotel!

Nice large rooms with all the services a hotel needs to offer. The hotel is large, and divided into blocks so initially it can be a little daunting finding your room.
The restaurant food was delicious, the food at the bar and room service however was OK. There was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet.
The hotel gym was great, with a good selection of free weights, cardio machines and weight machines. There's also a sauna which you don't always find in hotels 😃
The hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid city, however only a 25 min taxi ride into town and close to the airport.

Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures without our faces in them so couldn’t share much. We stayed there twice in 3 different rooms. We were upgraded to a suite and it was a good experience overall for what the hotel offers. The lounge is also open all the time and always has food & drinks which is also great. We didn’t try the room service or any of the facilities but the parking is free for guests.

The executive lounge is amazing here! One of the best I've been to.

I accidentally left my items when check out. Victor Merino, the GENERAL SERVICES helped me shipped and delivered to me the next when I have already left the city. He is been very easy to communicate with a s super helpful. I am very happy with the service! Thank you!!!

The restaurant Kalma is also amazing!

Big hotel with nice rooms, the only issue that I have it was with the TV, but it was minor. Impeccable service and very friendly personnel. I appreciate the restaurants also.

Nice proximity with the airport and easy to go to the center center del Sol via Grand Via.
Bus with metro in 40 min from door to door.

It's just incredible, everything, for an airport hotel, this exceeds all expectations.
As Bonboy titanium I got access to the executive lounge which had great breakfast and afternoon selection of food. The staff is incredible, the shuttle is punctual, prompt, and courteous with frequent service.
And a great pool too!
Would recommend for leisure as well as business trips!

United put us up in this hotel. The staff was fantastic. They made sure everyone had a lunch while they quickly checked us in. The dinner was nice. The staff was helpful with contacting United. I don't have the app. Transportation back to the airport was very courteous & prompt. The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Loved my stay.

Always a good experience there! Lounge management one of the best in Marriott. Corporative , very helpful. everyone in the lounge is great. Very nice selections in the lounge also.

Nice hotel.

They run a fixed scheduled complimentary shuttle to and from all terminal of the Banaras Madrid Airport. Best is to call them and check for the schedule.

The breakfast was wow, good spread, quick service, large seating area - and very quick RE filling service.

They also offer a drop off and pickup from a shopping mall, which about a 15 minute drive and it’s 4/5 times a day only on a pre fixed schedule as well. It’s a shopping mall with a nice supermarket, decent choice of food and beverage, and I took an Uber back to the hotel with cost only €7/-

There isn’t much to do around the hotel, I tried to walk around and only found a few industrial units, you cannot walk much as the roads are not pedestrian friendly.

Overall the strange thing is they reception does not follow a single Que system, hence people coming after you could be served first, hotel management you are running a busy hotel, so put some attention to this.

Very close to the airport by car, great parking space, excellent bars and restaurants. Comfy rooms. Very recommendable. Rooms are very well sound isolated.

One of the best airport hotels you'll ever find! A number of shining points:

(1) Staff know how to properly use Marriott tech: from pre-arrival to check-out, they kept the information in the app up-to-date and always responded to live chat / service requests swiftly and professionally.

(2) They fully honour Marriott's 'upgrade if available' policy for top end status holders, which is a breath of fresh air considering many Marriott properties would rather leave their suites unoccupied than using them to win customer loyalty. So the clear difference is that this hotel gets much greater loyalty in return than most other Marriott hotels - I'll be one of their many returning guests for sure!

(3) The staff in the executive lounge were amazing. In particular the lady on breakfast shifts who was basically looking after the whole lounge by herself yet still managed to be efficient, professional and delightful to every single guest.

Beautiful hotel, has nice clean updated spaces. In the middle of nothing else. Not much for attractions near by.
