Beautiful building completed in 1555. The clock tower dates back to 1584 and bell is from 1781. Its use was always civil for announcements and alerts about public calamities, fires, epidemics or to call meetings. The sun clock below the tower dates back to 1733. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Hemos venido en furgoneta a ver a un amigo de Ribadavia y un 10 por el ayuntamiento. El Area de caravanas al lado del centro lo que nos ha permitido aparcar y dormir en la gloria y luego como siempre, comer y hacer varias compras en negocios locales. Así da gusto, además la vigilancia inmejorable, al lado del cuartel de la guardia civil.

Building erected in 1545-1555 with a curious adjacent tower, which has the ancient badges of the village, a sundial, a clock and a metallic structure with a bell (on the top).

Edificio construído entre 1545 e 1555 cunha curiosa torre adxacente, a cal presenta os antigos escudos da vila, un reloxo de sol, un reloxo de corda e unha estrutura metálica, no seu cumio, cunha campá.

Una bonita Plaza Mayor con mucha historia y buen ambiente , y que merece la pena ser visitada.

Pasamos un día de excursión con niños genial. Visita al castillo y después de comer un buen paseo al lado del río.
Un sitio muy bonito que no te arrepentirás de visitar.
