Hotel ILUNION Atrium

Great hotel and managed to get a very good last minute price. Slightly out of town but there is a bus stop literally a few metres from the hotel that takes you direct to the centre and runs every 10 mins. Hotel very clean and has good breakfast. We also used the gym which was very good. I'd 100% stay here again

The hotel staff, particularly attentive during breakfast, made our stay very enjoyable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Madrid! The hotel is very clean, and despite being a bit far from the city center, we had no issues using bus 53. Occasionally, it took an hour, possibly due to Black Friday rush.

We stayed in Illunion Atrium for 21 days . It was very convenient for us as it if very close to our office. The breakfast spread is quite good. There is a live counter for eggs as well. The hotel staff is quite helpful. Rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is beautiful and it is equipped with a pretty big gym as well. I would recommend this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was really great, the food is good, the staff is very nice, the housekeepers are very nice and helpful and on top of that I had the chance to meet Mr. Miguel Angel, a very beautiful soul. I highly recommend ILUNION ATRIUM. See you next time

As family we had a great stay at this hotel. The best was the adjustment of the price to the current lower rate. It is always appreciated if hotels do this. It creates simply loyal and happy guest.
The hotel in our case was more value then we expected. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Great breakfast. Nice pool and terrace. The distance to Madrid centre is in our view just a little too far. Causing after a hot day not easily go back again in the evening. The bus and metro connection is nearby.

If this hotel is an example for the chain. Then ilunion hotels will next time be tried for a next business trip to Spain.

A very comfortable hotel, clean and well maintained
I must commend the staff on front desk in particular Tamara who was always professional and pleasant going that extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. We are only English speaking and Tamara always made sure the taxi drivers knew our destination in espanol. A small but grateful gesture on our part
Second commendation is to Miguel. From day one he welcomed us recognising our National rugby jersey. Again another staff member that went that extra mile to make you feel at home and welcome

Miguel Angel and Erika wonderfully friendly. Made it a relaxing experience. Would recommend this hotel. Services are amazing.

Nice hotel with modern design and big rooms. It has a small place for work with great wifi connection. The bar/hall was lovely with a chill atmosphere and great service. Adrian and the rest of the waiters working there did a great job treating everyone with great respect and professionalism

I had a delightful week in this lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, delicious cuisine, and a well-kept, spacious room. The bathroom was modern and immaculate.

We had an amazing experience! The staff was great as well as the food although the Focaccia could be improved. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We took some strawberry mojitos down to the pool and Maika, our server, was fantastic, very friendly. All the staff in general! We came from Italy but we’ll definitely come back next time we visit Madrid!

The Internet is really slow
I paid separately for breakfast but it wasn't worth it, the buffet area is small and it can get quite chaotic to get the food
Breakfast with not-very-traditional Madrid food and food replacement was slow

We had such a great stay and have to shout out Miguel Angel!!! It was super hot one day so we utilized the outdoor space and he was the best server. Paid great attention to us and made sure we had what we needed!! He really made our stay special.

Miguel Angel is one of the best waitress I have ever had. He is definitly the best server to speak english on the hotel, and he is good in explaining the food, and what the plate looks like. He always have a smile on his face, and ask the guest how their’s day have been.
I can only recommend coming here to eat good food, and ask for Miguel because he is an amazing server.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Impeccable cleanliness, good view and so many options to sit around and work.
