Found this place though different websites. They speak a bit English, but their information/advise what to buy is really good. You can even try some of the iberico jamon to know which you like the most.

We received highly professional and friendly service. We were able to have a taste of the jamon before buying and the staff was very informative about every variety of the jamon they offer. They have their jamons displayed in ready-made 100g vacuum sealed packages or they can cut you a different amount. Besides a variety of jamons they also offer other types of charcuterie as well as a selection of cheese and other delicacies (olive oil, sardines, paprika…).

Good jamon and prices are good. No samples unless they're *really* sure you buy something, but they will explain. I understand - don't price in freeloaders and keep the prices reasonable.

My local ham and cured meat supplier. From a whole ham to ready, hand cut vacuum sealed packages. It has everything you may need hamwise for any kind of occasion. Very high quality ham and other cured pork derivatives. They also sell other gourmet foods.
