Euromaster Granada

The Euromaster team were brilliant when we suffered 2 punctures and needed to be recovered to the workshop. They called a recovery truck for us and arranged a full set of replacement tyres very quickly. Without them we would still be stranded! Gracias por todo chicos!

My Partner and I recently came back from a long trip in Morocco and searched for reputable company in Granada, to fix our Suspension and brake pads. After contacting many garages around the area, Euro master was the only one which we felt 100% confident to carry out the work on our Vintage campervan. The manager speaks very well in English and the Main Mechanic Juan went above and beyond. They were both professional throughout aswell as the supporting team. We would highly recommend anyone to use this company as they are honest and upfront with costs and labour time. Will definitely use them again in the future. Great service! Happy with the work they did on our car and when we had a small issue a couple of months later, they fixed it for free.

Euro Master fitted us in really quickly to replace two tyres and align the wheels. This really helped us out as we had a long drive back to the UK the following day. English speaking assistant too. Would definitely use again

Everybody at euromasters was super friendly and helped us very fast. Also we could explain the problem with the car in English to the mechanic which was a great relief as we can't speak Spanish.

Very friendly service which replaced my tires and guide me that I bought tires with a wrong label. One important thing , that they speak English which was a nice surprise.

Last week I was in Granada for a visit and my hire car broke down as I was going around the roundabout some 200 metres from Euromasters and I managed to glide into their forecourt. To cut a long story short I met Carlos (Delegado Comercial) who helped me sort out my problem by first getting a colleague to look under the bonnet. After having decided that the problem was major he phoned up the hire car company and arranged for them to send a pick-up truck for the car and also a taxi to get me (and my wife) to the car hire office. He then let us stay in their staff cafe and office until the vehicles turned up. When I offered to pay for their help - he refused. I cannot guarantee that free service will be available every time but I can assure you that you will be treated with courtesy and honesty!

La chica que me atendió me dio un presupuesto rápido y me dieron opción a dejarla el mismo día. La misma tarde me llamó para que la recogiera.

Ayer fui a Euromaster y me solucionaron el problema que tenía con el desgaste de las ruedas, que me habían cambiado en otro taller hace poco, el desgaste era por no haber alineado la dirección.
Dije de cambiar las ruedas, pero la recepcionista amablemente me dijo que esperara un tiempo ya que tenían poco tiempo y al estar solucionado el problema con la alineación ya no degastarian tan rápido y una vez que pasará un tiempo ya las cambiará
Desde luego que gracias al consejo de la recepcionista será en Euromaster donde las cambie
