If you enjoy peace and luxury, my opinion might be important to you. This is my second time at this hotel. And this time, since I also stayed at another hotel in Pontevedra, I regretted not staying one more night at this hotel even more. Both this time and the last, I requested a very quiet room away from noise (especially babies) because, given my health, I really need to sleep well. Both times, the hotel provided me with an absolutely quiet room! And the hotel is luxurious—when I stayed in winter, the floors were heated, even in the huge bathroom. The bed is enormous, the pillows, everything is wonderful. I feel at home. The breakfast is perfect. Everything is of high quality, from the teas to the fruits. There are many options, and only a 5-star hotel could have blueberries! The pancakes are wonderful! The pool has a time slot where children are not allowed, so I reserve during that hour—what can I say? ABSOLUTE PEACE. Just couples, only romance in the air! The pool (spa) has a wonderful temperature!!! Very warm, even now in the summer it is heated, which with the cooler air from the Vigo estuary is fabulous! The spa (massages, etc.) is competitively priced, and the staff know what they are doing.

I really appreciate that the hotel has its own parking lot (€22 per day—a normal rate for Vigo), and besides that, there is an attendant who parks the car for you and retrieves it at check-out. I recommend it and will return. Compared to other hotels, the price is worth it. Additionally, the restaurant offers a lunch menu for about €20 per person. The reception varies quite a bit; you can tell the more trained staff are very polite and sophisticated—but some, not so much... For me, just putting me in a quiet room makes me happy, and when most hotels don’t respect this request, but this hotel does, it truly is a 5-star.

Great location and excellent service with large array of seafood and wine list at their signature restaurant. I truly enjoyed the room even though the home automation system could be confusing at times and some lighting at the sink are was too bright. Excellent attention to detail and lovely breakfast with Vanessa and dinner with Merchi and Cani. Also grateful about Bruno and Fatima (reception)

Staff, particularly those taking care of the restaurant, were exceptionally professional - as expected in a 5-star hotel in Spain. Only caveat is wardrobe of the 40 m2 room was tiny - could only fit clothing for 1-2 days; to improve.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms. Our studio room had a nice balcony that got afternoon sun and overlooked the park. Front desk staff was friendly. The location was close enough to the Vigo Guixar train station to walk to the hotel when we arrived, and was a short taxi ride (~7 euro) to our departing train station, Vigo Urzáiz.

We love this hotel. We have been 5 or 6 times already. Great location, staff is fantastic, rooms are big. And you cannot miss the spa. It is phenomenal!

One of my favorite hotels. Everything was exceptional. Room facing the Christmas market was quiet.

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet, allthough a bit expensive for the selection. The gym is not too impressive.

I had a great experience, not as a resident of the hotel but as a guest of the spa. I was lucky enough to have the pool and sauna entirely to myself. The pool and sauna are on the top floor of the hotel, and there are fantastic views over Vigo seafront and out to the ocean. After spending some time in the pool, I then moved to the jacuzzi which is outside in the open air, on the balcony area. There is a telephone by the jacuzzi which allows you to call reception to request some drinks or snacks. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely return here if I travel to Vigo in the future.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Received an upgrade to an executive room with sea view. Rooms are very clean, modern and in a good state. Location is perfect to explore the city. My verdict: Great hotel and looking forward to coming back.

Really nice hotel, good breakfasts. For the parking is better to ask the reception and make them park the car. Cool room lighting... But it will take you few minutes to understand how to turn it completely off!

We had a great experience with kids and family. Vigo is a lot more for Christmas!

Beautiful hotel located in the very center of Vigo, just in front of a park/square and within walking distance of many good restaurants and spots in the city. Breakfast was very nice and the service was spotless. Would want to stay here again when I come back to this area!

My favourite 5-star hotel in the Rias Baixas. The hotel has modern,excellent bedrooms & excellent instalaciones including cafetería, restaurant, SPA, nice terraces & skyline bar. Good value for money. Superb location facing Vigo's poshest squares.
