Wonderful hotel in great location! So much to walk to so close. Right by the water. Such a friendly and helpful staff!! Thank you. Very nice breakfast and the view from the terrace is a cool way to star the day. Clean rooms!

The location of the hotel is just perfect, the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, everything is fancy and nice quality. The service of the staff is excellent and friendly, they always help you. I highly recommend this hotel. Is absolutely 5 stars hotel

Right in the centre, with a beautiful view having breakfast on the top floor. Very sweet service, offering free water and apples any time. Nice big and clean rooms with a good heating. Very comfortable. Even with the Christmas boom it wasn't too expensive.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The reception staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel doesn't have it's own car park so anyone staying will need to find a car park, there are several very close, I would suggest ringing the hotel first so that they can give you the post/zip code. I would definitely stay there again and Vigo city is beautiful.

Great place to stay in Vigo.
People at the desk was simply awesome, charming and welcoming.
The room was super clean as well as common areas in the hotel. The details (such as water or fruits) offered for free in the corridors were something to be grateful for.
Breakfast is given at the cafe which is at the 7th floor. It is a cosy room with an open air terrace where you can have a relaxed moment to begin your day. Breakfast is very good, fresh fruit and juice, cheese, ham, salami, chorizo, and of course a table loaded of bakery. Coffee is just good, and the waiters ask you if you want fried or scramble eggs to make it for you in that very moment.

Clean, comfortable well maintained hotel. Nice breakfast. Fantastic bar terrace with great views of Vigo estuary.

Friendly staff throughout. Room was cosy very clean only lacked the BBC news channel. Would definitely return.

Me alojé en dos habitaciones distintas en la misma semana, en una suite y una habitación doble.
La suite es como un estudio, con su cocina y un pequeño salón. Las vistas son increíbles a la ría y a la feria de Navidad. La habitación estaba completamente insonorizada.
La habitación doble es simple con lo necesario para pasar una noche.
En la séptima planta está el desayuno con unas vistas increíbles a la ría y a la ciudad.
El personal de recepción súper amable.
Muy recomendable.

No me alojé, simplemente fui a la terraza a tomar algo con unos amigos y nos atendío un Abraham que la verdad chapó por él, nos atendió muy bien y nos puso unos pinchos que flipamos todos. Gran camarero, volveré 100x100!!

No me hospedé pero utilicé su servicio de cafetería. Todo muy comodo y limpio. Acogedor y el personal es un encanto.

Visita a la terraza/bar del séptimo piso. Ubicación buena, sitio céntrico y con buenas vistas a la ría. Precios acordes al sitio. Personal escaso, solo había una camarera para preparar las bebidas y servirlas, con la terraza llena, por lo que tardamos bastante en ser atendidos. En la web tienen puesto que la terraza/bar abre a las 5 y llegamos a las 5 en punto y había gente que ya había terminado sus consumiciones, por lo que no tienen el horario actualizado en la web.
