Wow!

Walking into this hotel was like going into something from Hollywood in the 30s or 40s – sheer glamour! The entrance and public areas were just amazing, so beautiful, the domed ceiling made of stained glass was impressive, and the glass elevator a delight!

The rooms were all of corridors on each floor that ran round the atrium, beautiful “window boxes” of greenery decorating them all, and you looked down on to a most attractive marble-patterned floor or up to the magnificent glass dome.

We had a superior room, well worth the extra money. It was spacious, and, well, I think that magnificent is the word here too! Or perhaps splendid.

A seating area with a sofa and an armchair, separated by a swathe of curtains from the sleeping area with a large comfortable bed, then a bay window area with another armchair, with a view across rooftops and a lot of greenery to hills planted with olive trees. Delightful!

The bathroom was modern, with a spa bath. This was perhaps the only thing less than perfect, as there was no shower stall, you had to use the bath-tub, which was not good for standing without slipping. We solved this by putting a handtowel into the tub to stand on.

Overall an excellent stay in a magnificent hotel.

Classy hotel, 5€ away from the center of Jaén. It has good services with gym and pool, and the breakfast is awesome. The interior is stunning with a big glass ceiling, and the views of the olive fields gives out a very local air. Parking is available, but watch out if you have a big car, because although the parking spaces are generous, some turns and corridors are sort of narrow.

We were a group of 80. The year was 2018. Marvellous hotel with very polite employees. Stay was a bliss. Wonderful!

This the best hotel in Jaen. I have been there many times. Always perfect.

Hotel encantador. Es precioso, con un estilo clásico que te hace sentir como en tu casa. El personal de recepción muy agradable, servicial y resolutivo en todo momento. Se agradece mucho el lado humano. Nos hospedamos el día 7, y tanto el chico de la mañana con su simpatía como el hombre de la noche con sus consejos, hicieron que el hotel fuera muy acogedor.

También felicitar por la decoración navideña con el tradicional Belén y los villancicos sonando de fondo. Todo ello hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor.

Volveré en cuanto vuelva a la ciudad de Jaén, que espero sea pronto.

Fuimos a desayunar el día 1 a las 12.45 porque no somos de la capital y por desconocimiento en muchos sitios no hacían ya desayunos y nos ponían mala cara, acudimos al hotel y el camarero además de atendernos con gusto y simpatía, nos hizo unas tostadas buenísimas, sin ningún tipo de problema y con amabilidad, se agradecen estos detalles. Tendremos a este hotel en cuenta cuando de paso en fechas señaladas volvamos a desayunar.
