Hotel excellent very clean and staff very helpful. Food good. We had a sea view room which cost extra, but was worth it. We wanted a totally chilled few day, which we had. So saying that if you want an active holiday this is not your place to go. There were no restaurants near by if you wanted to eat out. Great place just to chill.

Beautiful hotel and area close to all the shops and bars at the end of the road. Stayed twice now and not disappointed. Food is great.

I've just returned from a glorious week with the family for half term. It was perfect, from start to finish. We received a lovely warm welcome from Manager Jose and his attentive staff, the weather was glorious, and hotel immaculate. We arrived at lunchtime, and immediately had the most delicious lunch in the pool bar, plenty of options for all of us, including my incredibly fussy daughter - the best pasta ever apparently! During the week the kids wanted to spend most of their time in the pools, especially the brilliant water park, but we did manage to get out and explore the area. The hotel reception staff organised a boat trip, a 4x4 trip and a walking guide of Almeria old town, plus booked us several restaurants that were great. The rooms are large and very well equipped, with the most comfortable beds, fresh bottled water and sweets for the kids, The hotel restaurants are great - as well as the pool bar, the buffet is well stocked at breakfast and supper, particular mention to the churros at b/fast! plus hearty food in the pool bar and delicious tex mex, all the while managing to cater for fussy kids as requested. All in all, a brilliant holiday, and we will definitely return. Well done Jose and all the other staff who made our trip so memorable - see you next year! xx

Lovely hotel, good amenities for children clubs and pools. Good food. Staff very helpful and all spoke good English. Very quiet area with nothing around, good for walks. If you want to laze by the pool , eat and drink, this is for you.

This hotel is wonderful for families and couples. The rooms are spotless, bright and airy and the pools are amazing. 2 massive pools and another 2 with slides for the kids. The food is lovely too 😄

Excellent service, Friendly staff. Most areas in good repair and great pools and small water slides. Staff generally understand English and use of a translator will sort you the rest of the way. Food of great standard and selection.

Great rooms, excellent staff, special mention for Isabel at reception and Saray at the Pool Bar. Very good food.

Great place has a few flaws like some cabinet doors being broken completely and not many of the staff speak or understand English, unsure if that is a common thing in Spain? Service is top notch staff very happy and great pool.

Really nice hotel, outdoors in the territory of it you can perform multiple actions, starting with relaxing under Taiwan-style umbrellas, until having a batch in a wide pool or you can also perform activity spending time in the mini water park, wich can offer little ramps for children in one are, and bigger ones in the front. You can make a better idea looking the photos right below. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who come with their family to the most sunny place of Europe- Almería, and want to visit the natural parks of Cabo de Gata-Níjar UNESCO biosphere reserve, staring in Cabo de Gata, just 15 minutes from Retamar by car, and going until Agua Amarga, involving widely-known volcanic beaches with fascinating mountains surrounding them.

We loved the hotel, stuff was great, breakfast is super! Location is very close to the beach, the entire stay was very relaxing.

Loved this hotel. 10 mins from airport, staff great, food excellent even for pickiest eaters. All big labelled drinks and nice snacks.

It is listed as 4 star but it should be 5 star in my opinion. It has beautiful garden 3 swimming pools and the food is excellent plus it is all inclusive.

Excellent large spacious rooms extremely clean dinner seating is open spacious good food so far,animation team work very hard,bar staff are always welcoming,cleaning service is excellent, but needs another bar at night 1 bar is insufficient for us thirsty brits

Nice hotel decent food nice rooms staff very helpful not lot to do outside of hotel few shops about 30 mins away beaches okay not brillant bit deserted famaily of 4 spent 7 nights around pool hope this helps

This hotel is a very friendly, clean hotel .the food is great very good for family's or persons travelling on there own .I'l be coming back next year 😁

Lovely place to stay friendly staff clean wouldnt recommend the buffet in the evening but lots of lovely restaurants roundabouts
