Tudmir Palace by Sercotel

What a beautiful hotel and location filled with architectural detailing. The level of service is both high and swift. The staff are polite and customer friendly and the room I stayed in delivered on all fronts, except maybe an electrical outlet near the bed to charge the phone, (was this a conscious decision?), and there being no way to find out about the amenities of the hotel once checked in in the room. A quick call to reception fixes this easily.
I certainly would stay here again...

From the room to the hotel staff whole thing was impecable. It is located between Murcia and Alicante. The people who want to discover a lovely country side Orihuela must stob by for a night and take a good rest while you enjoy the city..

El hotel esta en pleno centro de Orihuela, no cuenta con parking propio, sino que tienes que ir al parking "Entrepuentes" situado junto al rio, son 3 minutos (depende del semaforo). Buena ubicacion, habitaciones comodas, perfecto para salir y conocer la ciudad.

Por motivos laborales (soy docente) he estado hospedada casi 3 meses hasta antes de ayer. Me gustaría reconocer la simpatía y profesionalidad de la chica rubia de la limpieza, la chica rubia de pelo rizado que suele estar los martes en recepción y al señor de recepción, por último a Enrique el camarero que siempre que ha podido ha hecho que la estancia de las cenas fuesen más amenas. Un personal MUY atento y educado que han hecho de la estancia un lugar más familiar.

Lo único destacar es que a las habitaciones les falta luz blanca, ya que con la luz tan amarilla que tienen es muy difícil trabajar o estudiar. Y por otro lado el agua de la ducha tan pronto sale muy caliente y quema como muy fría.

Lo recomiendo para cortas estancias.

Excelente hotel en el centro de Orihuela. Menús variados y característicos del lugar si prefieres no salir del hotel, aunque por su ubicación un breve paseo te sitúa cerca de concurridos locales donde disfrutar de la gastronomía y el ocio de esta recogida ciudad. Pensado para un turismo cultural, los servicios del hotel son suficientes y cumplen las expectativas; gran atención personal, amable y enriquecedora. Difícil aparcar en la inmediaciones; mejor usar su servicio de parking.
