Really good pasta! We ate this three times while there for a four night stay . My boyfriend is obsessed with going to Rome repeatedly for quality cacio e Pepe and this was good enough to satisfy him. I had the pesto and added chicken. It was really delicious too. Best part is the price. Super cheap for what you get and especially compared to the average price of meals in this neighborhood.

What a wonderful delicious pasta they have! What a friendly staff! They were closing when I arrived, but they insisted on making me try it. It's really amazing. I recommend it without any doubts.

Loved their friendly and nice atmosphere. I took it to my hotel and enjoyed a tomato based-pasta. Ingredients are fresh and pasta is very reasonable, too! Wanna come again :)Thank you!

Really chatty guys, they are Italian, so you get to speak to them in Spanish, Italian and English.

Pasta is cooked on the spot and to order. Really al dente, good tasting, really fast delivery. You either get food for takeaway or you may serve it at some outdoors tables and chairs sitting in the shade.

There is no bathroom, afterwards there are some bins where you can throw away the leftover boxes and wooden forks.

Payment accepted by card also contactless or tap to pay.

I do recommend the pesto Genovese pasta (fusili).

Simply the best pasta around, plus it's cheap and fast. I used to come here all the time because it was close by. The owners are also super nice. This is a take out place and they only have a few tables outside, but you can always take it to the squares nearby and eat it

Absolutely some of the best value to quality ratio you will find in Valencia, if not the world. Friendly staff serving delicious food, quickly and at a fair price can not recommend it enough.

You won’t beat this place for €7. Service is great even with a big line, and the food is generous and delicious. Seems like authentic cuisine too. They even use recyclable materials. I’m going to go here as many times as possible while in Valencia. A class act!

Transport yourself to mama’s kitchen in the heart of Italy where EVERYTHING is handmade - using the freshest ingredients either from the local Mercat or straight from different regions in Italy. But...right here in Valencia Spain!!! How you ask? By simply walking to a small corner right off of the Plaza de la Virgen.

Oh my. You are in for a treat. Mix mama’s Italian kitchen with a California Food-truck vibe, add in the two most amazing young people - a couple who are authentic Italian which know their ‘stuff’ and you have the best pasta street food outside of Italy!!

Each pasta - which rotates daily - is handmade and fresh each day. Their sauces are also made with authentic Italian ingredients and recipes. They can also adjust many for vegans/vegetarians!

The menu is simple and straight forward (they also speak both languages plus Italian and I’m sure others, but I only heard these three). Printed in both Spanish & English as a board mounted in the kitchen and also on the street. As I mentioned, this is a food-truck vibe so you can order at the counter either for take-away or to sit at one of their cute wooden patio tables. Simone will also wait on you once seated.

The quality is amazing. The quantity very generous. The pasta was PERFECTLY al dente like it should be (mama would be so proud!!). Served piping hot in cute cardboard containers which can be for eating there or to take-away. A selections of cold drinks, beer, some alcohol and of course Italian espresso and coffee drinks are also offered. Desserts too, but we were too full from the pasta we chose to indulge - at least this time!

My husband had the pesto fresco with fusilli and a beer. I had the pomodoro & basilico with added chili spice on an orecchiette type pasta with a water. Both were done to perfection! We ate onsite, enjoying the seating area in the little alley street along side their corner.

And the price??? All I can say is wow! I know we will be back often!

Service was super friendly, helpful, quick and the entire experience was awesome! Maike was very busy in her little kitchen making our selections while Simone visited with us and kept the flow going nicely.

‘Hasta la Pasta’ should definitely be on your ‘must eat at in Valencia’ list. They will also make you custom pasta to go. Just let them know a few days ahead and order your FRESH and YUMMY pasta! We can’t wait to try more...and more!

Maike and Simone definitely make the best fresh pasta in Valencia! They’re the most lovely people, my friends and I always have the best time talking to them while waiting for our pasta. Also every single course is delicious and they make the best aperol spritz and many other drinks and everything for small prices!

Was looking for lunch when everything was closed and found this tiny place. The people were very friendly, the food was fresh and cheap and the taste was excellent. The delivery was very simple, but you didn't really need more, so I will definitely be back again.

The best fresh pasta! 👌🏻 They have lots of choices of pasta types and recipes, all fresh and made on the spot! After 5 minutes of waiting we had 2 great dishes (pollo y pesto / calabacin y gambas) and they were delicious. Close to one of València’s main attractions, Plaza de la Virgen.
